 Software

Hello all.
Can any of you recommend a software that converts Audio (wav, mp3, etc) to a text file?
I'd love to have some sermons that I've listened to in a written format.
Thank you.

 Re: Software

Thats a great question would like to know if there are good recommendations now, a few years ago I diligently researched this but the technology was still not good enough, text transcriptions of audio sermons is still something we pay or have volunteers do.

 Re:

I do not believe any such software can be 100% reliable. There should be lot of manual intervention to check the errors. Even Youtube subtitles are totally off. I would suggest using any freeware available online and then do manual work of proof reading.

Many companies make their living doing such a work! So if it was possible in a fool proof way then they should be out of business!
