Vatican Has Strictest Immigration Policy in the World and a Very Nice WALL.

(I don't think the City-State of Vatican City is taking any illegal immigrants. The Pope calls them "Pilgrims".)

While Pope Francis is in the United States effectively advocating for a borderless America, many people are amused by the irony of the giant wall surrounding his own Vatican City.

During his speech before Congress, Pope Francis implored U.S. politicians to embrace migrants seeking to come into America.

“Our world is facing a refugee crisis of a magnitude not seen since the second World War,” the pope said, according to USA Today, including “thousands of persons (who) are led to travel north in search of a better life.

I don't think the Vatican is taking any refugees.

“We must not be taken aback by their numbers, but rather view them as persons, seeing their faces and listening to their stories, trying to respond as best we can to their situation.”

“To respond in a way which is always humane, just and fraternal. We need to avoid a common temptation nowadays: to discard whatever proves troublesome.”

The wall in these photos is something more impressive than anything even Donald Trump could build.

Vatican City has strictest immigration policy in the world.

I tweeted yesterday that I will believe the Pope is serious about immigration when Vatican City takes 10,000 Muslim immigrants and lets them build a mosque there.

 Re:

It's funny (not really) that he calls illegal immigrants, "Pilgrims".

I wonder what he would call illegal immigrants who try to scale his wall or stand outside and protest, yelling "tear down that wall?"

Probably, "Illegals".

The Pope is more biblically minded than you. You who are crying immigrants! are in fact the real pilgrim. Are you an American Christian or a Christian who lives in America?

 Re:

There is a legal process for immigration. Do you support lawlessness, Jeremy?

Did you hear the Pope's speech? He sounded like a college professor, complaining about failed marxism in America and asking Congress to try one more time at it.

I am a Christian who lives in America.

But, if a day comes when like the apostle Paul I have to appeal to "Caesar", then I am an American Christian, just like Paul was a Roman Christian. Because, he certainly wasn't living in Rome at the time when he appealed to Caesar.

Do you live in America, Jeremy?

WOW

“Evangelists today are wide-eyed to the might of Communism, but tight lipped at the menace of Romanism. America would shake from coast to coast in twenty-four hours if some preacher, anointed with the Holy Ghost, gave the Roman Catholic Church a broadside!

We stir national interest against the cruel, half-civilized Mau Mau (wicked enough), but powwow with, and pander to, the Roman Catholic Church! These priests who dope mens souls, these idolatrous “masses,” these Calvary eclipsing prayers to Mary, these miserable millions cheated in life and in death by the greatest forgery Lucifer ever made.” Why Revival Tarries by Leonard Ravenhill

 Re:

The Vatican is quite friendly towards Muslims, don't know if one day they will be allowed to build a Mosque there.
From http://www.catholic.com/ "Pope Benedict XVI has stated that Muslims worship the same God as Christians do. Is this just his private opinion?
Answer: No. The Second Vatican Council taught that Muslims worship the one true God:

The Huffington Post: "Pope Francis epitomizes love and dignity for all, ...While many leaders have turned their backs on Muslims and choose to vilify and ostracize our communities and our faith, the pope opens his heart to us and reminds the world of our shared humanity."

Quote: "There is a legal process for immigration." I immigrated - legally ;) - from Switzerland to New Zealand. On my last visit to Switzerland I traveled on a NZ Passport and was legally only allowed to stay max 3 months in Switzerland , were I still have Citizenship.
We now see double standards everywhere, the law and the constitution can be violated in many ways.

Quote: "These priests who dope men's souls, these idolatrous “masses,” these Calvary eclipsing prayers to Mary, these miserable millions cheated in life and in death by the greatest forgery Lucifer ever made..." sounds very Anti-Christ like, but that's a different topic.

As Christians we should all be "strangers and pilgrims " and look forward to a better country.
How thankful we should be to have an endless Hope and not a hopeless end.
