Franklin Graham’s annual compensation of $880,000 USD as of 2013

What should we think about this?
$880,000.00 per year salary = $16,923.00 per week.
Nice work if you can get it.

I know what I think about it... we need to mind our own business and keep our opinions to ourselves! That's what I think we should think about it! You did ask, brother! ;) ;) ;)

Who are we to dictate what Franklin Graham can make a year?

It seems that jealousy is being promoted here by posting his salary and asking everyone what they think about it.

I will have to give an account to the Lord how I spend my earnings which is way more than some people. Why don't you sow discord among those people by asking what they think about my salary?

My point is, brother, where does it stop?

Lisa

 Re:

I agree Lysa, why not call out the other thousands of pastors all over the world, that in some folks opinion make to much, why pick on Franklin Graham. If God changes his mind and starts making all Christians accountable for the clergy/pastors salaries/actions, I might start calling them out, right now I think we are only held accountable for our own actions.

Is an accusation being leveled at Franklin Graham? If not, then what is the reason for bringing this up?

Those giving to Nonprofit charities like Samaritan's Purse, believe that there donation is going to help some starving child in a third world country.

People deserve to know how much is going to administration cost and how much the leader or ceo of the Nonprofit is being paid.

1St. Timothy 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.

Saints,

We do not know how he spends the money. I know a non-profit director that takes half of his earnings and donates it back to the same ministry to help the poor and needy. He could be using large amounts to care for his father and family.

Are you and Enue saying that Samaritans Purse is not providing public written accountability? Most churches don't do that but I thought charitable organizations did.

No,

I was just a little shocked by the amount, and did not feel it was wrong of Enue to make everyone aware.
