Derek Prince gives an excellent end time teaching of the darkness that will be over all of the world before the coming of the Lord, but also the great glory and light that will be given to the Church. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7D9PJjviF1U

This is very good and deals with seeing both the affects of the brightness of the holiness of the blood bought and the darkness of the reprobate. Then he talks about the real coming fullness of the latter rain. The title is a reference to Isaiah 21:11,12[11] The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night? [12] The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will enquire, enquire ye: return, come.
I listened to the sermon. Many good points and well reserched. I do not quite agree with his exposition on the latter rain view covering church history, presence and future. He talks about the removal of restrains that both benefit the true and the false church. He said, the true church would find better expression of worship and ministry in the Spirit, whereas the false church would endulge in more wickedness and imorality. The bible says:Prov 29:18 Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but happy is he who keeps the law.I find this view distorts church history. We had sweeping revivals in the past centuries in the western world that deeply impacted whole nations. We do not have them now. It is true that other nations like Korea, China, African nations, South America experience revivals since WWII but the West is truely in decline. Maybe if he had lived on longer he would hsve come to a different conclusion. I see apostacy, lawlessness and general decline of anything decent characterizes our day and age both in the church and in the world. There is only and remnant that will experience revival and make great exploits. Daniel 11:32-3332 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.
