What's sad about this election specifically is it marks a point in time when America as a whole has decided to stand with ideals like abortion and the homosexual agenda despite the overwhelming evidence that these issues have historically done a great deal of harm on a society and have been the undoing of entire civilizations. I believe once Obama was re-elected a clock was started and time as we know it is now counting down. I don't believe that a revival will halt that count down, however many can and will be saved, through the fire as it were, but this country will have been brought extremely low. Christians will be ecstatic and extremely happy to leave for heaven by the time this trains run is done. Living in the land of dreams will be more like living in a nightmare by the time the trumpet of God blows, we'll all be glad to go!

Greetings what concerning to me is how many younger people who profess to follow the LORD do not see allowing gay marriage as a big deal. I have shared on another thread that I was trying to share with one such young person about this very topic. They too see it as a right that should be allowed to all citizens. I can't agree with that to me once we begin allowing gay marriage then we are implying the sinful behavior is acceptable when it is clearly against GOD. God blessmj
First off, we all know that obama switched his opinion for the gay vote. It's politics but what the gays (and others who think he's their friend) don't realize is that (I believe) he will turn on them in a heartbeat when push comes to shove. Muslims hate homosexuality. Before Hitler came to full power in Germany, he was for gays too (or he allowed them in his ranks), then the Gestapo knocked on their doors in the middle of the night and took them all to the death camps, along with the Jews. Secondly, nothing about this administration has taken God by surprise and remember that God never panics and neither should we be surprised or panic!! He really is in control.My personally held opinion is that we need not focus on these things that cause fear in the hearts of men but be about our Father's business: preaching and healing the sick, cleansing the lepers, raising the dead, casting out demons: freely we have received, freely we need to be giving.
