Greetings,
With all that is happening in our world today, I found it necessary (by His Spirit) to search the Scriptures to find the parallel of that which was and that which is. It is amazing the truth of God's immutable attribute. "For I am the Lord, I change not: therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed." Malachi 3:6
God's consistent stretching out His hand to judge us, but not consume us is found throughout history from the Garden of Eden to now. And as He touches a people, the church, a family or individual it is that they might see their sin which provoked Him and confess it and repent of it.
And as men refuse to forsake their sin, the judgments get harder, nearer and more deadly. I found this truth in Levicus 26:18, 'I will puinish you seven times more for your sins.' Out of this passage I have identified for study, and prayer for our current place, seven levels of Judgment. After these 7 levels are put forth, God requires a response from the church; the world will not understand this, but His church should; for God has told us of these things. In this, I call it, 'A Proper Response to Judgment by God's People'. I have not concluded this video yet. But what came out of this study in Scripture was times when God's people responded rightly, but also how they 'IMproperly Responded'. Therefore, I preached a sermon entitled, 'An Improper Response by God's People to Judgment' - it is three parts:

I will posts more when they are complete. But for now, I posts them for the Lord to speak to our hearts that the church in North America may see, know, understand and properly respond to the Lord.
After Hurricane Sandy on the east coast and the 7.7 earthquake on the west coast, surely we see that we are in serious trouble. These are level #6 judgments with minimal loss of life, but great destructive power. We are very near to level #7 judgment. At this point, huge loss of life and destruction occurs. These are historical points of no return. The old hymn, 'Softly and Tenderly Jesus is Calling' is a hymn of Divine leading. in the third verse, it states, 'death beds are coming'. Without a repentive church we will see literally 1000's of souls go out into eternity. And we know that they are not ready for eternity.
WE have gone far enough away from Him. We have His Divine promise, 'If you return unto Me, I will return unto you'. Let us do it now!

It's a typo...means "7"
