The blood of Jesus has made his people victorious in life. You are not just some victim of circumstances. You have something to say about the circumstances in your life. By the blood of Jesus you can reign in life by the abundance of grace that came by Jesus Christ. By the blood of Jesus we have been made kings and priests. So, according to Deuteronomy 21:5 at the word of the priest every controversy shall be settled. Which means you may be in a unfavorable situation, but you don't have to let it dictate to you what will be. But, you have to be careful not to let your words just agree with the situations in life, but line your words with God's and establish his word in your life. The word also says by the blood of Jesus we were raised and made to sit with Jesus in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 2:6). Which means just as God raised him up and put all things under his feet they are also under us through Jesus (Ephesians 1:22). God put you in a position of authority and he wants you to use it. And you use that authority by the words of your mouth. That's why you line your words with God's word and not the circumstances because you are the priest with the authority of Jesus. And as a priest you have been authorized to bless in the name of the Lord (Deuteronomy 21:5). So, if you are in a tight situation speak words of life and speak blessings and not curses. In 1Peter 3:10 it says, if you want to see good keep your mouth from speaking evil. That's why you don't just line your words up with the circumstances, but with the word of God because that is what you desire to see. The blood of Jesus has put you over the circumstances of life so don't let them rule you exercise your authority in the name of Jesus.
This is WOF nonsense. All these verses have been grossly taken out of context, and they're promising things in this life now that are actually guarantees for believers in the Millennial Kingdom and NOT this present age. (Ephesians 2:7)No chastisement and discipline of the Lord. No will of God. No cross, no death to self, no perseverance. This is just telling the believer to get it all now, in this life. This is Buddhism and New Age repackaged in Christian wrapping paper.Franklin, in all respect man, you've been posting stuff like this for a while now. It's time to get off this sinking ship of Copeland, Hagin, Joseph Prince and all the rest of the WOF/positive confession/money boys, and get into the truth, bro.
hi, it is time to speak out against extreems. there is a balance to positive thought and it being new age.i had the chance to sit down with the head of the great cancer hospital in houston. he said if we can get them to believe they can and will be healed we have a good chance.this has nothing to do with christianity but it has a lot to do with how our minds work.the bible says ther is power in the tongue. out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.name it and claim it isnot what this verse is talking about for this is based on egocentric thought.if Jesus tells me something, i can say it and it happens, not because i say it but because Jesus says it rather it be in the word or logos.jimp
The catch is that, of course, Jesus has to have said it first. (I agree with you that it has to be from Jesus jimp first or it won't matter) Just proclaiming positive words over your life and circumstances, and claiming it in Jesus' name no matter what the will of God is for you, even be it trials, tribulation, and suffering, if only for a season? (That's of course not even including persevering to the point of death)Not so much. There's a reason (and a good one at that) you don't hear this type of message preached in persecuted countries.
