I'm not at all in favor of baptizing children; [ ages 5 and 7 in this article ], but the idea that this could be criminal is shocking. It is about a separated mother also, and the crime was that the husband was not notified first, to gain his approval. Any tiny inroad to hurt the church, to embarrass her, to ridicule her seems to be the order of the day. It's adding up, little by little. In San Diego no house meetings for Christians [ more than 3 cannot gather ] in some neighborhoods; of course, a large Sodomite party is just fine. Mentioning God is now illegal on Govt. property, with stiff penalties; No posting of Scripture! anywhere; It is illegal! Pastors arrested for what they SAY over the pulpit! Another nail in the coffin! Maybe we need Persecution, as it always has purified the church. These are the precursors of Persecution, for sure, and they are expanding in number and intensity daily. The scary thing is how many of them are being sanctioned by the state! http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/03/30/mother-faces-contempt-jail-for-baptizing-children/?test=latestnews?test=latestnews
Both parents are Christian. Emmett Blake Jarrell, the father, is a member of the United Methodist Church, and she's a Presbyterian.
Amen Approved; We are a Post Christian Nation, especially if you take in account those who are Christian in Name only.My best guess-tamate is two million true Christians in this country.....Not quite 1%."Both parents are Christian".Hogwash!!They are neither, they are acting like unbelievers." [Approved]This is a reflection of the state of the church, or of the so called church. It is pitiful.Let us all repent to God before the door of mercy closes.
"Let us all repent to God before the door of mercy closes."Not much longer, Brothertom, not much longer.ws
