Start by making a list of all you owe. Write beside each one how much you can give them each month. Once you have a plan, contact each one and see if you can work out a payment arrangement. Once you have begun putting forth the effort to clear things up I believe you will begin feel relief but don't let up until you are free of debt. Do not borrow in the future, this is an expensive lesson you do not want to repeat.

If you have to cut out creature comforts to make these payments, do it. Live frugally and get out of debt. Better to give up Cable TV or Internet then what is spoken of in the following Scripture:

Mark 9:43 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched
