A report says the government of Prime Minister Stephen Harper in Canada has served notice that thousands of same-sex couples who flocked to Canada from abroad since 2004 to get married are not legally wed.The Globe and Mail newspaper says the reversal in policy was revealed in a document the government filed in a divorce case involving two lesbians. The two women -- one from Florida and the other from England -- went to Canada in 2005 and got "married."
