When a little boy has a big, strong man at his side to stand up for him, he has all the help he needs. Often we feel weak, helpless and inadequate in the face of our troubles, difficulties and responsibilities. However, the Lord who has made heaven and earth assures us that He wants to stand up for us. When He challenges us to be of good courage, these are not empty words.
