There was a famous boxer called John Selwyn who was later converted and looking after a church.One day when John corrected a member of his church,that man didn't like it.So he angrily struck John a violent blow on the face with his clenched fist. John Selwyn could easily have knocked him out instead he showed the other cheek waiting calmly to be hit a second time.His church member left the church greatly ashamed.
Years later that man got converted and gave his testimony before the church.It was customary at that time for a beliver to choose a christian name for himself after he was saved.When asked if he wished to follow this practice, he replied, "yes,Call me JOHN SELWYN! He's the one who thought me what Jesus Christ is really like!" .This is the new and living way.
