 Re: Pregnant prayer

God will manifest Himself to all who are longing to be temples of the Holy Spirit, filled with His power, and ready for the service of the living God.

 Re: Pregnant prayer

A prayerless life means a life lived out of communion with God and all that is involved by this.

 Re: Pregnant prayer

Prayer is a sincere, sensible, affectionate pouring out of the heart or soul to God, through Christ, in the strength and assistance of the Holy Spirit, for such things as God has promised, or according to the Word of God, for the good of the Church, with submission in faith to the will of God.
John Bunyan

 Re: Pregnant prayer

Our prayers are the means by which our souls, though empty, are filled by God to overflowing.

The worst sin is prayerlessness since this connotes indifference toward God.

If you do not pray, do not say that you are too busy to pray. Be honest and admit you do not love God enough to pray.

I do hope that your pregency goes well and pray that the Lord God grants you a wonderful child but this thread 'pregant prayer' is more directed towards a burden of prayer upon a soul.. in otherwards God impregnating an urgency and sense of prayer in the life of the soul of man. Something that needs to be travailed and birthed with much strong crying and tears.. and pleadings to God. Truly such prayer is necessary in our days and we should look to the past even to the life of our master Jesus for example of such praying.
