Is there room in our heart this Christmas? Is the Savior abiding there? Are we full of the joy of His SpiritOr has the Spirit been quenched by much care?Has our heart become busy like BethlehemFilled with travelers jammed everywhere? Is there room in our heart this ChristmasIs the Savior abiding there?Have we given the best we could offeror just a place in the back somewhere? Is there room in our hearts this ChristmasIs the Savior abiding there? Are we living the mystery of ChristmasDo our lives prove the story is true?Have we tasted the same joy of MaryJesus Christ formed in me and in you?Is God Incarnate our own testimonyor just a fact from our theology? Are we living the mystery of ChristmasIs Lord Jesus incarnate in me?Has the Spirit come on us in powerThe greatest birth in all earth's historyAre we living the mystery of ChristmasJesus Christ formed in you and in meWe still sing Glory to God in the highestPeace on earth and goodwill to all menBut the message will lose all its meaningUnless His glory is what we're living inThis is why we all have a high callingTo live lives worthy of this mysteryFor men won't see the true glory in Christmas'Till they see Jesus shining through meSo my simple prayer for us this ChristmasIs just a cry for this realityGod Incarnate not just celebrated But still living and reigning in me

makrothumia, this is very very good.I know that the birth of Jesus was during the fall feast of tabernacles and all of that - but I've found that, only at Christmas, will many people allow you to discuss "Jesus' birth" and opens the door to evangelism. Expecially, unsaved family. What a burden that most of us carry for those. Overwhelming, amen. But for us as Christians - the words to your song are a wonderful mirror to check ourselves in, before we go out, during this "holiday" month & after.Thank you!
