ARE YOU EXHAUSTED SPIRITUALLY?"The everlasting God . . . fainteth not, neither is weary." Isaiah 40:28Exhaustion means that the vital forces are worn right out. Spiritual exhaustion never comes through sin but only through service, and whether or not you are exhausted will depend upon where you get your supplies. Jesus said to Peter - "Feed My sheep," but He gave him nothing to feed them with. The process of being made broken bread and poured out wine means that you have to be the nourishment for other souls until they learn to feed on God. They must drain you to the dregs. Be careful that you get your supply, or before long you will be utterly exhausted. Before other souls learn to draw on the life of the Lord Jesus direct, they have to draw on it through you; you have to be literally "sucked," until they learn to take their nourishment from God. We owe it to God to be our best for His lambs and His sheep as well as for Himself.Has the way in which you have been serving God betrayed you into exhaustion? If so, then rally your affections. Where did you start the service from? From your own sympathy or from the basis of the Redemption of Jesus Christ? Continually go back to the foundation of your affections and recollect where the source of power is. You have no right to say - "O Lord, I am so exhausted." He saved and sanctified you in order to exhaust you. Be exhausted for God, but remember that your supply comes from Him. "All my fresh springs shall be in Thee."

This is a vital subject of interest to me because people do not know how to hang on to the true and living God and the son who is the word --which is the form of matter that takes shape in this material world. So, what do we do as finite human beings Who have no idea --where they came from or where they are going----so we go on in this universe hanging on to the twinkle- twinkle little star---until the Holy Spirit --come into our souls and illuminate our Christ mind---and only then can we -be able to see into the Holy of Holies---and the Light and Bread will become food for our spiritual eyes and spiritual ears and our spiritual voices---so we go out into the hedges and highways and give of our selfs which has been build up on our most holy faith---which is no longer in our selfs but now in the Lamb that was slain at the foundations of the world---for all of our exhaustion and emotional battles that we may encounter in this life--become only and illusion--which the enemy of God --- put before us. So, my brothers and sisters don't be discourage--because greater is he that is in us --than the thing that is outside of us trying to get inside and destroy us---and that is the Holy Spirit--our strong and powerful guardian of our souls. My friends and fellows of the cross we all get a little weary at times --and that is when the HOly Spirit comes to our rescue---so fight on weary soldier and refresh your self at the well spring of Christ----The Drink that will full the cisterns of our souls. So, be of good courage Christ has over come the world and all of the devils tricks,So, Oswald Chambers was right--we must be exhausted for the right one and Christ is the one. in his service Christ, Gerald Harris
