Isa 64:7 And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee......

this part of this verse spoke much to me, in these last days when the world and what is going on at the moment, how important it is for us to stirr up ourselfs to get a hold of God. To be discontent with merly going to meetings and carry on as usuall. But to get a hold of God in a way that changes our everyday life from mere habitual living, going through the life without walking with God in reality. I have meditated much on it latly and it has become my desperate heartcry. To get a hold of God.

I am sure there are workers who often cry to God for the Holy Spirit to come upon them as a spirit of power for their work, and when they feel that measure of power, and get blessing, they thank God for it. But God wants something more and something higher. God wants us to seek for the Holy spirit as a spirit of power in our own heart and life, to conquer self and cast out sin, and to work the blessed and beutiful image of Jesus into us.

that we would stirr us up and get a hold of God these days, that we can be prepared for the times thata are coming faster then we probably relize. that we would walk with God and be ready filled with love and Christ to be as lights in this kingdom of darkness.
