 Finding Grace with God!

The first mention of Grace in the bible that I recall is concerning Noah. The bible says that Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. What cause Him to find grace? I believe Noah heard the Word of the Lord and believed Him therefore finding Grace in the eyes of the Lord. The bible says we are not saved by the Law, by Works, but by grace through faith. There are many scriptures in the bible that says we are saved by faith as well as saying by grace. Abraham believed God and therefore was counted righteous by faith.

It does not seem scriptural that God would give Grace to an unbeliever. Jesus couldn’t do miracles in some places because of so much unbelief. The bible says faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. None of the scriptures state that Grace is automatic and irresistible. God created man to take part in His plan and if man resists then He does it to his own peril. With men salvation is impossible but with God all things are possible. Jesus said only believe.

Trust must be on the part of man in the Lord Jesus Christ for God to do what man can not do, which is God saves him by Grace which is the free gift of God.
Trusting in Christ is not works but is the way God saves men without works. Men get no credit because God makes it all possible.

Grace means man does not earn it but must trust Christ to provide it. The bible also says that God gives Grace to the Humble but He resists the proud.

Putting our faith and trust in the Lord alone for salvation is a humbling experience and therefore does not make us proud as though we could possibly receive any credit for it.

Blessings to all!

Blessings to you, brother!! Wanted to share some-
thing from Keith Daniel:
"Grace secures our place in our relationship
and walk with God. God knows it to be very
necessary, so He provides it daily and
freely. It is good to be reminded of our
great need to rely upon His amazing grace."
