I was able to spend some time with him while having lunch in New York City about a month ago. This was right after I heard him preach this message:

Reprobates and Trembling Nations by Carter Conlon

I was able to witness a prayer meeting mid-week at TSC where God came in a special way and over 1000+ people were responding to God in full consecration and prayer for New York City. I believe brother Carter's emphasis is on personal revival and preaching that changes lifes. I am sure he desires as we all do a national awakening but his heart is more towards God is working now and using servants such as himself.

There is no argument to the fact that God is using brother Carter and TSC and there is a touch of revival there. But towards America being set on fire with revival and masses coming to Christ, that is not the case.

I share a heart for both personal revival and responsibility towards revival and also the great "hope" and burden towards a larger awakening.

I personally think the second at this time in history is more important then the first. We need God soley to work to change anything around.

Hey Greg...do you know if he's a fan of Ravenhill??

Could you share a little more detail of the prayer meeting at the church? I've always wanted to go there.

We did talk about ravenhill for awhile, he shared some interesting stories about ravenhill. Ravenhill spent 3 whole days with him but others would come in from across the world and he would tip over a egg timer and give them 5 minutes!

people came who wanted his "mantle" he thought it was ridiculous.

It was not a prayer meeting but quickly turned into one, the visiting preacher stopped abruptly preaching and turned to carter conlon and said we need to pray for revival, God is going to send revival to New York City. It was strange but you really sensed God in that place.

Well worth the visit dear brother.

 Re:

Greg, are you will or able to share in detail any of the stories that Carter spoke of Ravenhill about?

Just curious,...
