 The faithfulness of God

I am writing this in part to encourage my family and myself in the Lord. My mom who is a gret blessing in many peoples lives is in the hospital with a colon infection and 102 degree temperature. Her world seemed to fall apart this week as she was told she needed a heart catherization on Friday of which she didn't make it because she had to be admitted to the hospital on Thursday with bleeding in her bowels. Deuteronomy 7:9 says Know therefore that the Lord thy God, He is God the faithful God which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations. This is spoken to the children of Isreal after they were brought through by Gods mighty hand during the wilderness years. God promises to faithfully keep His covenant and show mercy. God never forgets His promises. He never fails. The faithfulness of our God is the foundation for our hope and cause of our rejoicing. It saves us from despair and gives us courage to carry on. Truly, God is faithful!

New Every Morning Scott Underwood
The Lords lovingkindness indeed will never cease
And His compassions they'll never fade away
They are new every morning
They are new every day
Great is thy faithfulness
The Lords Amazing grace abounds to us every day
And His great mercies, they will never fade.

 Re: The faithfulness of God

HE

When you are neediest,
HE is most sufficient.
When you feel completely helpless,
HE is most helpful.
When you feel totally dependent,
HE is absolutely dependable.
When you are the weakest,
HE is most able.
When you feel most alone,
HE is always present.
When you think you are the least,
HE is the greatest.
When you feel most useless,
He is preparing you.
When it is the darkest,
He is the only Light you need.
When you feel the least secure,
He is your Rock and Fortress.
When you are most humble,
He is most gracious.

 Re:

Thank you my Christian friends! God is faithful. I have been spending lots of time at the hospital so haven't been able to be on here as much. I appreciate the encouragement. Blessings, Donna
