Devotional: Ironically, though a humble yet fervent pursuit of the Lost is required more so in this hour than ever before, it is the mass exodus of fakes in our churches today that will provide clear evidence of HIS soon return. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 states, Let no one in any way deceive you, for the day of our LORD will not come unless the apostasy comes first. It stands to reason then that many who are accepting CHRIST even in this hour will fall away. This passage speaks of a willing and intentional removal rather than an unexpected change. In 1 Timothy 4: 1-3, Paul speaks very clearly that such people will dismiss themselves from the faith. So, as we relentlessly pursue the Lost, do not make the effort one of notable measurement .one which has a focus on a specific number from week to week. Focus rather on drawing AS WELL AS solidifying the new believer in CHRIST. Else they will be one of those who chose definitively to walk away and in doing so hasten all the more the hour of our LORD! Amen and amen.Preceding ApostasyThe LORD of Glory -- born that daycalled Christmas full of Hope.Who lived and died androse again! Thus we await the Rapture! But ere HE comesto lift usevery actor must unmask.Hence, before the LORDdescends at lastfor those whom HE seeks after;there shall be Apostasywhere countless thousands leavethe side of those redeemedfor things far less. With no more pretentious footstepsthrough HIS temple hallwaysthey will chase shadows choosing Death.Only after Exodushas been by Sin revived will each charlatan be revealed .then our Saviour shall mount upand with sword drawn in handreturn to draw the Wheatfrom this field. As HIS servant in your serviceW.V.W.
