 Love at war?

Love at war? Yes, for “The Lord is a man of
war.” Exo. 15:3a. Readers, behold the Jesus of the
Bible: “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a
white horse; and he that sat upon him was called
Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge
and make war. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp
sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and
he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth
the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty
God.” Rev. 19:11, 15.
The docile Jesus people are so accustomed to
today is not the one of the Bible. This modern imposter,
“another Jesus” as the Bible calls him, truly
is a reed shaken in the wind, flopping to the pleasure
of the ecumenical flow and caring not what
doctrine one believes as long as he claims it is something
loosely related to the Bible.
Where did people ever get the notion that it does
not really matter to God who or what they believe
and fellowship as long as it is something? That is
basically the mindset among people today.
Jesus Christ has never been passive about any
error or sin and never will be. He “put on the garments
of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with
zeal as a cloak” when He came into this world to
accomplish the great redemptive plan. Any spirit
opposing or misrepresenting that plan and the truth
established therein, He has a vengeance against.
Error damages the souls that Jesus died to save.
Herein is the underlying factor why war must be
waged. False doctrines, false preachers and false
churches are leading literally multitudes astray. Can
those with spiritual vision and understanding be
expected to stand by in silence while Satan deceives
the whole world? Love demands a response.
