They came but wouldn't stay, JW ...

Dear Saints,

It's been awhile since I've had a visit from the JW or the Mormons but just this morning I had a visit with two JW. Like always I told them to have a seat on the porch and that I would be right back, that I had to get my Bible (KJV).

When I came back to join them on the front porch (I don't allow them into the house), I began with prayer and then started to talk to them first before they had a chance and would not allow them to take the lead, if you will, as much as possible.

Usually after about two hours at most they always leave out of frustration even though I've always shared with them the truth in love and being gentle. This time however, was the shortest visit, 20 minutes and they left like the others in the past, frustrated.

A seed was planted. Please keep them in your prayers as I've always invited the JW and the Mormons back but always get a different pair.

Praising God :-)

You're much better than I am. I have in the past spoken with JW's, but I don't anymore.

You can dialogue the Bible with them endlessly, knowing that they will not change their position, and neither will you. So why bother?

Still, you sound a very patient person, unlike myself.

God bless you in your endevours.

Dear Brother enid,

For the same reason I share Christ with anyone whether they be of a cult or there simply just lost like so many no matter what they believe or don't believe. I'm commissioned by Christ to win the lost.

I stay well versed in and with both these cults and have been for years but I also realize that: It's not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit saith the Lord. So I do my part and let the Spirit do his part.

Patient? O yes, I truly am because anything of importance takes time, especially with these people. I just plant the seed and then go to prayer and let the Holy Ghost do his part.

Lastly friend, thank you for your very kind words and precious spirit.

I think God changed something in me from my last experience with JW's. While I believe that talk with some of them that are so much hardened would be useless and we should avoid it, but also we should have in mind that they are lost souls in great need for the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
The very fact that there are converts of them it gives us right to think that there is a hope. Maybe some of them need to hear the testimony God would give them through us.

At least in my country many have become JW's from background of no true biblical knowledge and they have never heard the Gospel presented in right a way.

But again, the most important thing is the guidance of the Spirit, to be obedient what He will instruct us how to react in a given case.

 Re:

i spoke to a old man who was JW, what he said to me broke my heart. He said that the worst things people said to him , the worst offended he had been by "Christians" and not unbelievers. Called him this and that, and by that made him probably cling harder to his belief in JW doctrines.
