Pray for Dr. Colin Peckham

Please pray for Dr. Colin Peckham who has suffered a mild heart attack. Mrs. Peckham is still recovering from her recent illness (see here). These are two precious saints of God who have spent many years serving Him. Dr. Peckham was Keith Daniel's and Gerhard DuToit's Bible school teacher in South Africa many years ago.

Dear friends,

This is Colin Peckham (Jr) just writing to let you know that my father (Rev
Dr Colin Peckham) has experienced a mild heart attack and was taken into
hospital on Wednesday evening this past week. He remains in St John's
hospital and is expected to be there for a little while yet.

My mother, Mary Peckham is unable to visit him at the moment as she is still
recovering from viral meningitus and is not well enough to leave home.

We appreciate your prayers at this time.

God bless,
Colin Peckham (Jr)

Did not know that.

Thank you sister for bringing this matter to our attention for prayer.

 Re: Praying for Both Peckham's

Done and Done for each of them, that they may enjoy the time of quiet as they heal together, and not worry or struggle over the smallest thing.

And I pray there are those to help them at this difficult time.

Blessings,

Forrest

 Re: Would be honored to.

Dear Roniya,

Thank you for bringing these two prayer requests to our attention. Hope you'll post updates.
I certainly will remember Brother Peckham and his dear Mom in my prayers.

If I also may request prayer for my Pastor. In all my years I've never had such a great one. I just started up at his Church last summer.

He had a massive heart attack and must go for major bi-pass surgery within weeks.

Thank you for your prayers also.

My heart goes out to all.

For some reason I cannot post new threads or Reply to PMs. It must be some setting on my computer but I have no idea how to resolve it.

I wouldn't have posted my request along with Brother Peckman's otherwise and that is why I have not been able to respond to very thoughtful and heart-touching PMs.

Lord Bless you Roniya.
Love,
Annie

 Re:

Hello Annie,

Yes, I will pray for your pastor, may God touch him and raise him up to bring further glory to God!

I will post updates as I hear from the Peckhams. Are you familiar with their ministry? Mrs. Peckham has a precious testimony of how God worked in her heart in the Hebrides Revival (Duncan Campbell was used of God in that revival).

I hope you get that issue resolved. That must be frustrating! Maybe Greg could help you out.

It's good to have you back, sister. :-)

Lord bless you also,
Joy

 Re:

Lord Bless you Joy ! Great name. Amen.

Thank you so deeply for praying for my Pastor, besides all the others you're praying for. He also needs all the prayer that he can get. I've never met a more honorable, intelligent yet so very sensitive Pastor before. In just such a short time, he's become like a real father.

Bless you again and may He hold you strong against the winds.

His Love to you.
Annie

edit: btw, I just read your signature and it really touched me quite a lot. Thank you.
