Dear Brother,
Do you mind if I, too, ask you a question: "If the Holy Spirit is speaking through you, will you worry about what you are going to preach? About percentages?"
There was a quote by Keith Daniel which I cannot quite reproduce here and now, but it pretty much says, "If you are not saved, get out of the pulpit!" That is to say that we need to Lord use us as He pleases. No formula, however witty or persuasive, will do the work which only God can do through His Spirit. A couple of Scritures come to mind:
"Then they said to Him, What shall we do, that we may work the works of God? Jesus answered and said to them, This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent. John 6:27-29
"But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills." 1 Corinthians 12:11
Yet, brother, I beg you that you trust neither me, nor my persuasion, but the Lord alone; that you always seek Him first and foremost on any matter. John writes, "But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him." (1 John 2:27) May this anointing guide you into all truth!
"The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen." 2 Corinthians 13:14
