Dear Theologians of SI'In Christ' is a phrase that is predominant in the New Testament. During two debates recently I noticed another phrase: 'In Adam'. Now it is apparent that some shall be 'In Christ', but it seems that all were 'In Adam'. I am not fully convinced of this second idea, but would really like to read some of the thoughts on this matter. In Christ, once in Adam.Aeryck. ;-)

Hi Aeryck, hope you are well.I was thinking about your question and this verse comes to mind concerning our once being in Adam. And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name SethThen as I was just now searching for something in the scriptures I came across this passage also:The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. And of being in Christ I found these passagesAnd that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created himHope this will be helpfull.
