I just listened to this sermon "That they may be one" by Art Katz: https://www.sermonindex.net/modules/mydownloads/visit.php?lid=7149I've never heard a message that on the Trinity that wasn't merely abstract facts about God. This message shows the practicality of the doctrine of the Trinity when we truly embrace it, and how it will challenge us to a unity with our brethren, and recipricating personal relationships within the church, to where we are not mere passsive specators. In this sermon, Katz argues on the basis of the Trinity the need for a plurality of elders in a local congregation, but also the active participation of all the body of believers in service to eachother, instead of superstar professionals who "get the job done."It might seem a little dry to the less discerning, but definitely a must hear.
