Hi brethren,
I am posting this prayer request in hopes that many will pray for me and my family concerning this desire and calling in my life. I have been a Christian for over 7 years and have sensed God calling me to ministry after about 3 months. I have ran away from the call and also ran towards it in my own strength and have been frustrated more times than I can count! I am off with an injury from work awaiting an appointment with a specialist. I am convinced that God has allowed this down time to seek Him and seek Godly counsel. After last night's service it finally dawned on me... I can't run anymore. I also can't figure out the details but I know for sure that God is calling me. I've tried to reason my way out of it i.e. money for school, logistics etc. The Holy Spirit used my pastor's sermon last night to speak to me. He used a quote, "Where God gives a vision He also gives provision". Please interceed for me and my family that God would reveal His perfect will, that God would reveal His provision. God has got me in the best but hardest place right now. He has stripped me of my own plans and this has caused me to submit and be dependent on Him. Blessed be the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
