He's been faithful, faithful to me by Carol Cymbala
"In my moments of fear, through every pain, every tear, there's a God who's been faithful to me. When my strength was all gone, when my heart had no song still in love He's proved faithful to me. Every word He's promised, is true. What I thought was impossible, I see my God do. He's been faithful to me. Looking back, His love and mercy I see. Though in my heart I have questioned, even failed to believe, yet, He's been faithful, faithful to me.
"When my heart looked away the many times I could not pray, still my God He was faithful to me. The days I spent so selfishly, reaching out for what pleased me, even then God was faithful to me. Every time I come back to Him, He is waiting with open arms and I see once again. He's been faithful to me. Looking back His love and mercy I see. Though in my heart I have questioned even failed to believe, yet, He's been faithful, faithful to me."

...continuing to bless my socks off! Lord! Hallelujah! Your ministry in the Spirit is life-changing. Amen!
Ephesians 5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
With harps and with viols, there stand a great throng In the presence of Jesus, and sing this new song:
Unto Him Who hath loved us and washed us from sin, Unto Him be the glory forever, Amen.
All these once were sinners, defiled in His sight, Now arrayed in pure garments in praise they unite:
Refrain
He maketh the rebel a priest and a king, He hath bought us and taught us this new song to sing:
Refrain
How helpless and hopeless we sinners had been, If He never had loved us till cleansed from our sin:
Refrain
Aloud in His praises our voices shall ring, So that others believing, this new song shall sing:
Refrain

... for the exercise of faith; for brethren who are changing their lives to please you more.
Thank you LORD for this inspiration! Thank you for calling us all on... Thank you for being always ready to help us to leave behind our sins and failures; for holding nothing against us which you did not pour on Jesus, that we may be released. Thank you, Lord. Amen.
My God, is any hour so sweet From blush of morn to evening star, As that which calls me to Thy feet The hour of prayer?
Blest is that tranquil hour of morn, And blest that hour of solemn eve, When, on the wings of prayer upborne, The world I leave.
Then is my strength by Thee renewed; Then are my sins by Thee forgivn; Then dost Thou cheer my solitude With hopes of Heavn.
No words can tell what sweet relief There for my every want I find, What strength for warfare, balm for grief, What peace of mind.
Hushed is each doubt, gone evry fear; My spirit seems in Heavn to stay; And een the penitential tear Is wiped away.
Lord, till I reach yon blissful shore, No privilege so dear shall be As thus my inmost soul to pour In prayer to Thee.

| Re: Today I am praising God for... | | God's Faithfulness and Him showing Himself strong in the midst of adverse cicumstances. His faithfulness to heal, His faithfulness to raise up others around me to pray with and for me, His ability to seperate men (do a study on 'division' from Genesis to Revelation), His ability to multiply, to equip, to convict and point men and women to Himself...what a faithful God we serve...calling me to send the best, to not hold on and to get my fingerprints off of the 'ministry' He has given me...
...Thanks, Lord
All the while I find myself drawn to prayer, and singing 'I surrender all'. It's one thing to sing it, even with sincerety...it's quite another to come to grips with surrendering all.

Full salvation! full salvation! Lo! the fountain, opened wide, Streams thro' ev'ry land and nation From the Saviour's wounded side. Full salvation! full salvation! Streams an endless crimson tide.
O the glorious revelation! See the cleansing current flow, Washing stains of condemnation Whiter than the driven snow; Full salvation! full salvation! O the rapt'rous bliss to know!
Love's resistless current sweeping All the regions deep within; Thought and wish and senses keeping Now, and ev'ry instant, clean. Full salvation! full salvation! From the guilt and pow'r of sin.
Life immortal, heav'n descending, Lo! my heart the Spirit's shrine! God and man in oneness blending O what fellowship is mine! Full salvation! full salvation! Raised in Christ to life divine!
Care and doubting, gloom and sorrow, Fear and grief are mine no more; Faith knows naught of dark tomorrow For my Saviour goes before. Full salvation! full salvation! Full and free for evermore.

Dear Lord, thank you for all you've done for Josh in recent days.
We thank you for your keeping power and strength to reinforce us against the enemy. Thank you for your friendship and kindness when we feel most vulnerable. Thank you we cannot comprehend why or how you make this Life work in us and for us but we do seek no other satisfaction than to be yours and yours alone, used by you and blessed in our obedience.
Amen. |

How sweet the Name of Jesus sounds In a believers ear! It soothes his sorrows, heals his wounds, And drives away his fear.
It makes the wounded spirit whole, And calms the troubled breast; Tis manna to the hungry soul, And to the weary, rest.
Dear Name, the Rock on which I build, My Shield and Hiding Place, My never failing treasury, filled With boundless stores of grace!
Jesus! my Shepherd, Husband, Friend, My Prophet, Priest and King, My Lord, my Life, my Way, my End, Accept the praise I bring.
Weak is the effort of my heart, And cold my warmest thought; But when I see Thee as Thou art, Ill praise Thee as I ought.
Till then I would Thy love proclaim With every fleeting breath, And may the music of Thy Name Refresh my soul in death!

| Re: Today, I'm praising God for ... | | ... breaking new ground and reaping - both on the same day; for His love and for the gift of the Holy Spirit; for peace and hope in Him.
I love the Lord, Because He has heard my voice; He inclined His ear unto me. Therefore will I call upon Him as long as I live; I love the Lord, I love the Lord. He has delivered my soul from death, My eyes from tears, My feet from falling - Therefore will I call upon Him as long as I live! I love the Lord; I love the Lord.
