(NKJV) John 3:31 "I did not know Him; but that He should be revealed to Israel, therefore I came baptizing with water." And John bore witness, saying, "I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, 'Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.' And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God." Again, the next day, John stood with two of his disciples. And looking at Jesus as He walked, he said, "Behold the Lamb of God!"
O to be like Thee, Blessed Redeemer This is my constant longing and prayer: Gladly I'll forgfeit All of earth's trasures, Jesus, Thy perfect likeness to wear.
Refrain
O, to be like Thee, O, to be like Thee, Blessed Redeemer, pure as Thou art: Come in Thy sweetness, Come in Thy fulness; Stamp Thine own image, deep on my heart.
O To be like Thee, Full of compassion, Loving, forgiving, tender and kind, Helping the helpless, Cheering the fainting, Seeking the wand'ring sinner to find.
Refrain
O to be like Thee, Lowly in spirit, Holy and harmless, patient and brave; Meekly enduring Cruel reproaches, Willing to suffer, others to save.
Refrain
O to be like Thee, Lord, I am coming, Now to receive th'anointing divine; All that I am and have I am bringing, Lord, from the moment All shall be Thine.
Refrain
O to be like Thee, While I am pleading, Pour out They Spirit, Fill with Thy love, Make me a temple meet for They dwelling, Fit me for life and heaven above.
Refrain

All over the world the Spirit is moving, All over the world as the prophet said it would be; All over the world theres a mighty revelation Of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
All over this land the Spirit is moving, All over the world as the prophet said it would be; All over the world theres a mighty revelation Of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
All over the Church the Spirit is moving, All over the world as the prophet said it would be; All over the world theres a mighty revelation Of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
Deep down in my heart the Spirit is moving, All over the world as the prophet said it would be; All over the world theres a mighty revelation Of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

(KJV) Exodus 17:6 Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink.
1 Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
Exodus 31:17, 18 ..in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
Matthew 24:35 (Jesus speaking) Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Eph 5:25 - 27 Christ ... loved the church, and gave himself for it; that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, that he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
John 2:6 - 11 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. Jesus saith unto them, 'Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.' And he saith unto them, 'Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast.' And they bare it. When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, and saith unto him, 'Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.'
This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.
John 7:37 - 40 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, 'If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.' (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, 'Of a truth this is the Prophet'.

I praise God today 3/12/06 for a glorious moving of the Holy Spirit in this mornings service. Only eternity will tell of the work God began in hearts and lives.
And to close out the day, as I write this I am watching a Missionary Jim Woolsey speak at the evening service at jsm.org, and that same precious anointing I sense. Praise God!! _________________ Tony Sexton

| Re: Today, I'm praising God for ... | | ... that the scriptures testify of Jesus and His words which were fulfilled.
I cannot breathe enough of Thee, O gentle breeze of love; More fragrant than the myrtle tree The Rose of Sharon is to me, The Balm of Heaven above. I cannot gaze enough on Thee, Thou Fairest of the Fair; My heart is filled with ecstasy, As in Thy face of radiancy I see such beauty there. I cannot yield enough to Thee, My Savior, Master, Friend; I do not wish to go out free, But ever, always, willingly, To serve Thee to the end. I cannot sing enough of Thee, The sweetest name on earth; A note so full of melody Comes from my heart so joyously, And fills my soul with mirth.
I cannot speak enough of Thee, I have so much to tell; Thy heart it beats so tenderly As Thou dost draw me close to Thee, And whisper, All is well.

(NKJV) John 2:12 - 25 After this He went down to Capernaum, He, His mother, His brothers, and His disciples; and they did not stay there many days.
Now the Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the moneychangers doing business. When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers' money and overturned the tables. And He said to those who sold doves, "Take these things away! Do not make My Father's house a house of merchandise!" Then His disciples remembered that it was written, "Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up."
So the Jews answered and said to Him, "What sign do You show to us, since You do these things?" Jesus answered and said to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
Then the Jews said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?" But He was speaking of the temple of His body. Therefore, when He had risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this to them; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said.
Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in His name when they saw the signs which He did. But Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all men, and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man.

| Re: Today, I'm praising God for ... | | ... for practical progress and the stirrings of His Spirit, for the ongoing desire to choose Him first above all other desires.
(NKJV) John 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.
2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."
Jesus, Thy blood and righteousness My beauty are, my glorious dress; Midst flaming worlds, in these arrayed, With joy shall I lift up my head.
Bold shall I stand in Thy great day; For who aught to my charge shall lay? Fully absolved through these I am From sin and fear, from guilt and shame.
The holy, meek, unspotted Lamb, Who from the Fathers bosom came, Who died for me, een me to atone, Now for my Lord and God I own.
Lord, I believe Thy precious blood, Which, at the mercy seat of God, Forever doth for sinners plead, For me, een for my soul, was shed.
Lord, I believe were sinners more Than sands upon the ocean shore, Thou hast for all a ransom paid, For all a full atonement made.
When from the dust of death I rise To claim my mansion in the skies, Evn then this shall be all my plea, Jesus hath lived, hath died, for me.
Jesus, the endless praise to Thee, Whose boundless mercy hath for me For me a full atonement made, An everlasting ransom paid.
O let the dead now hear Thy voice; Now bid Thy banished ones rejoice; Their beauty this, their glorious dress, Jesus, Thy blood and righteousness.

Far away the noise of strife upon my ear is falling. Then I know the sins of earth beset on every hand. Doubt and fear and things of earth in vain to me are calling. None of these shall move me from Beulah Land.
Refrain
Im living on the mountain, underneath a cloudless sky. Im drinking at the fountain that never shall run dry. O yes! Im feasting on the manna from a bountiful supply, For I am dwelling in Beulah Land.
Far below the storm of doubt upon the world is beating. Sons of men in battle long the enemy withstand. Safe am I within the castle of Gods Word retreating. Nothing then can reach metis Beulah Land.
Refrain
Let the stormy breezes blow, their cry cannot alarm me; I am safely sheltered here, protected by Gods hand. Here the sun is always shining, here theres naught can harm me. I am safe forever in Beulah Land.
Refrain
Viewing here the works of God, I sink in contemplation. Hearing now His blessèd voice, I see the way He planned. Dwelling in the Spirit here I learn of full salvation. Gladly I will tarry in Beulah Land.
