Re:

His promises.....

Hebrews 10:23
"Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)."

Standing on the promises of Christ my King,
Through eternal ages let His praises ring,
Glory in the highest, I will shout and sing,
Standing on the promises of God.

Chorus
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the promises of God.
Standing on the promises that cannot fail,
When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail,
By the living Word of God I shall prevail,
Standing on the promises of God.

Chorus
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the promises of God.
Standing on the promises of Christ the Lord,
Bound to Him eternally by love’s strong cord,
Overcoming daily with the Spirit’s sword,
Standing on the promises of God.

Chorus
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the promises of God.
Standing on the promises I cannot fall,
Listening every moment to the Spirit’s call
Resting in my Savior as my all in all,
Standing on the promises of God.

Chorus
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the promises of God.

Amen, sister... :-D

Let there be glory, and honor, and praises;
Glory and honor to Jesus.
Glory and honor, glory and honor to Him.

Let there be glory, and honor, and praises;
Glory and honor to Jesus.
Glory and honor, glory and honor to Him.

Let there be glory, and honor, and praises;
Glory and honor to Jesus.
Glory and honor, glory and honor to Him.

Glory and honor to Him.
Glory and honor to Him.

... fellowship in love and truth

You are the King of glory,
You are the Prince of peace,
You are the Lord of heaven and earth,
You are the Son of righteousness;
Angels bow down before You,
Worship and adore You
For You have the words of eternal life,
You are Jesus Christ the Lord!

Hosanna! To the Son of David!
Hosanna! To the King of Kings!
Glory in the highest heavens,
For Jesus the Messiah reigns!

To God be the glory, great things He has done;
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son,
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin,
And opened the life gate that all may go in.

Refrain
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
Let the earth hear His voice!
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father, through Jesus the Son,
And give Him the glory, great things He has done.

O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood,
To every believer the promise of God;
The vilest offender who truly believes,
That moment from Jesus a pardon receives.

Refrain

Great things He has taught us, great things He has done,
And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son;
But purer, and higher, and greater will be
Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.

Refrain

At Your feet we fall, mighty risen Lord,
As we come before Your throne to worship You.
By Your Spirit’s power You now draw our hearts,
And we hear Your voice in triumph ringing clear.

Refrain
I am He that liveth, that liveth and was dead,
Behold I am alive forever more.

There we see You stand, mighty risen Lord,
Clothed in garments pure and holy, shining bright.
Eyes of flashing fire, feet like burnished bronze,
And the sound of many waters is Yourvoice.

I am He that liveth ...

Like the shining sun in its noonday strength,
We now see the glory of Your wondrous face.
Once that face was marred, but now You’re glorified,
And Your words like a two-edged sword have mighty power.

Psalm 5:1 - 3, 7,8, 11, 12
Give ear to my words, O LORD,
consider my meditation.

Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God:
for unto thee will I pray.

My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD;
in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee,
and will look up.

But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy:
and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies;
make thy way straight before my face.

But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice:
let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them:
let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous;
with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

Today I am praising God because for the last couple of years I have been praying for a facility to feed the homeless and preach the gospel to them and He has answered my prayers.

Oh well thanks for the encouragement. I'm not a bro though I'm a sister. :-) Also I don't preach sermons to the homeless we're just there to witness to them. If their are not any men available to preach salvation to them than I will do it as long as the opportunity is there. After all somebody has to witness to them right?

... His eternal love and compassion, and His faithfulness

The Lord’s my Shepherd, I’ll not want.
He makes me down to lie
In pastures green; He leadeth me
The quiet waters by.

My soul He doth restore again;
And me to walk doth make
Within the paths of righteousness,
Even for His own Name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk in death’s dark vale,
Yet will I fear no ill;
For Thou art with me; and Thy rod
And staff my comfort still.

My table Thou hast furnishèd
In presence of my foes;
My head Thou dost with oil anoint,
And my cup overflows.

Goodness and mercy all my life
Shall surely follow me;
And in God’s house forevermore
My dwelling place shall be.

Lamentations 3:1 - 32
I am the man that hath seen affliction by the rod of his wrath. He hath led me, and brought me into darkness, but not into light. Surely against me is he turned; he turneth his hand against me all the day.

My flesh and my skin hath he made old; he hath broken my bones. He hath builded against me, and compassed me with gall and travail. He hath set me in dark places, as they that be dead of old.

He hath hedged me about, that I cannot get out: he hath made my chain heavy. Also when I cry and shout, he shutteth out my prayer. He hath inclosed my ways with hewn stone, he hath made my paths crooked. He was unto me as a bear lying in wait, and as a lion in secret places. He hath turned aside my ways, and pulled me in pieces: he hath made me desolate. He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow. He hath caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins. I was a derision to all my people; and their song all the day.

He hath filled me with bitterness, he hath made me drunken with wormwood. He hath also broken my teeth with gravel stones, he hath covered me with ashes. And thou hast removed my soul far off from peace: I forgat prosperity. And I said, My strength and my hope is perished from the LORD:

Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall. My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me.This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.

It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD; It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth. He sitteth alone and keepeth silence, because he hath borne it upon him. He putteth his mouth in the dust; if so be there may be hope. He giveth his cheek to him that smiteth him: he is filled full with reproach.

For the Lord will not cast off for ever: but though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.

Jesus breaks every fetter,

Jesus breaks every fetter
And He sets me free!

I will sing hallelujah,
I will sing hallelujah
For He sets me free!

Lamentations 3:33 - 59
For he doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.
To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High,
To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord approveth not.

Who is he that saith,
and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?
Out of the mouth of the most High proceedeth not evil and good?
Wherefore doth a living man complain,
a man for the punishment of his sins?

Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.
We have transgressed and have rebelled:
thou hast not pardoned.

Thou hast covered with anger, and persecuted us:
thou hast slain, thou hast not pitied.
Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud,
that our prayer should not pass through.
Thou hast made us as the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people.
All our enemies have opened their mouths against us.
Fear and a snare is come upon us, desolation and destruction.

Mine eye runneth down with rivers of water
for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
Mine eye trickleth down, and ceaseth not,
without any intermission,
Till the LORD look down, and behold from heaven.

Mine eye affecteth mine heart because of all the daughters of my city.
Mine enemies chased me sore, like a bird, without cause.
They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and cast a stone upon me.

Waters flowed over mine head;
then I said, 'I am cut off'.
I called upon thy name, O LORD, out of the low dungeon.
Thou hast heard my voice:
hide not thine ear at my breathing,
at my cry.
Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee:
thou saidst, 'Fear not'.

O Lord, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul;
thou hast redeemed my life.
O LORD, thou hast seen my wrong:
judge thou my cause.
