We use several hymn books in our meeting here in Reading UK. One of them is a compilation of 120 Wesley hymns, un-edited, un-shortened. (One of them has 16 verses!) This is one of our favourites. It was originally a wedding hymn but we sing it to celebrate our enjoyment of 'the fellowship of the saints'

We seek thy perfect way,

And sweetly lose our will in thine.

2 Why hast thou cast our lot
In the same age and place?
And why together brought
