 Re:

Its interesting to me that these things always seem to happen in remote parts of Africa where nothing can ever be substantiated...

But lets give her the benefit of the doubt. Lets keep our silence and await the proof.

I have not seen anything on the news media yet about mass healings...

 Re:

Hi Paul4jc,

I have looked into what Dr Owuor was saying a few months ago as another poster had mentioned his name.I checked out his videos etc and I found to the best of my memory that one of his videos was changed from the original posted(doctored)to make it look like a prophesy had come true.
Why would he be changing his videos? Not for truth sake anyway.I am still waiting for the earthquake predicted between tasmania and Australia!Just look at the eiffel tower prediction he made on You tube. Then he backtracked when it didnt happen if memory serves correct.Never saw Moses or Elisha or Jesus do that.oops got that one wrong.sorry!
Also the giftings of God in one sense are independent from the believer. The believer could be wrong and still the gift works.
Also many will say in that day lord lord didnt we ..........

 Re:

Hey now Krispy you wouldn't happen to be quoting the biblical prophet Elijah to the prophets of Baal? Nah he would never mock falsehood...

Re: Kings of king visiting earth this weekend!!!

you know I have been on this website hundreds of times over the last several years and I'm always amazed at some of you and the way you treat other people... on this thread alone there has been such a comotion about this woman's sincere glorifying of Christ... shame on anyone who mocked this woman... you defend Christ, or so you say, but He needs no defense.. there is no move of God in america because we espouse no God... instead of quoting scripture and making moronic fleshly responses to EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING anyone says here you should see Christ in everyone... did He not die for everyone? of course you all know that He did. A man who has not been touched by the Spirit cannot speak about the things of the Spirit... this woman has more class than a lot of you who have bashed her over the head... shame on you

 Re:

Because we test all things against the Word of God to see if they are true or not makes us sinful?

By the way, truthfully I am not mocking this lady. I feel sorry for her. I am mocking the man who has deceived her.

Where is the evidence of these miracles? In the Bible the miracles of Christ, and the miracles He performed thru His apostles, were not done secretly. There was no doubt in anyones minds that the miracles happened and that people were healed. It caused all kinds of controversy! EVERYONE knew of them. And that was before mass media.

It seems today that God has perhaps chosen to sneak around and do miracles incognito...

I challenge anyone to proove the things being said on this thread. Proove it and I will follow.

 Re:

Not only were the miracles of Christ public and out in the open by they were also verified by the experts of the time, remember the man that was born blind? or the Ten men with leprosy? They all went to the Pharisee, who were the technical medical authority of the time through the Laws of Moses.

 Re:

You guys have it all wrong. If you truly have love, you lie to someone, to make sure their feelings aren't hurt, and that their bad doctrine has a place beside good doctrine. You give seats of honor to false prophets like in the days of the Old Testament, and never speak up about anything that contradicts the Word of God. You let false prophets take another shot at their fanciful imaginations.... I mean...prophecy because the Bible says that's fine, correct? That's love yeah? Making sure everyone feels good right? That's our example in Jesus yeah? Not causing any waves? Anything goes......

.....right?

And I agree the truth needs no defense against heresy, which is why Paul and the apostles shouldn't have bothered naming names and fighting for the truth back in the New Testament. I wish they had access to this thread back then so they wouldn't have wasted so much time, blood, effort, tears, and ink.

 Re: instigator of division

Wait a minute Paula, you came in started a controversial thread stating our Lord WILL return LAST weekend and then you state in a later post, "Why are you arguing and fighting?".

Excuse me?

Your the instigator of it. Nothing happened last weekend, Christ didn't return to earth as your "prophet" had suggested and this has nothing to do with how the west looks at Africa as the scum of the earth, we have our own scum over here to deal with.

And you expect everyone to just except the prophets message when what he prophesied didn't come to pass?

Now, if you had of said, "Jesus is coming to Kissi and He is going to heal everyone". I would have understood that to mean that the Holy Ghost was going to perform great and mighty things.

If that is what you meant, you need to be careful how you word your words.

 Re:

Unfortunately "all for corners of the earth" is what was said, and originally that's what was meant. The most recent post has been the false prophet's number one time tested weapon commonly known as: "The backtrack".

Works like a charm every time on those who don't love the truth. The Jehovah's Witness's have been perfecting it for over a hundred years, and Harold Camping recently added a personal flourish to it. Tried and true!
