 Re:

Romans 10:17-19 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world. But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.

Faith = hearing by the word of God.

Word: Strong's Greek Dictionary
4487. rhema
Search for G4487 in KJVSL
rhma rhema hray'-mah
from 4483; an utterance (individually, collectively or specially),; by implication, a matter or topic (especially of narration, command or dispute); with a negative naught whatever:--+ evil, + nothing, saying, word.

This is the written word of God, "have they not heard", this is what happens without the living Word Himself when He is not born again and is not in the believer.

This is what happens when the Word Himself is born again in the believer.

1 Peter 1:22-23 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Word: Strong's Greek Dictionary
3056. logos
Search for G3056 in KJVSL
logoV logos log'-os
from 3004; something said (including the thought); by implication, a topic (subject of discourse), also reasoning (the mental faculty) or motive; by extension, a computation; specially, (with the article in John) the Divine Expression (i.e. Christ):--account, cause, communication, X concerning, doctrine, fame, X have to do, intent, matter, mouth, preaching, question, reason, + reckon, remove, say(-ing), shew, X speaker, speech, talk, thing, + none of these things move me, tidings, treatise, utterance, word, work.

This Word is necessary, that the Faith of the Son of God might lead to salvation.

The word of God written and taught by a preacher and who must send him? The Word Himself, the Person of who the Word is, the Living Word Himself.

One is the written word and the other is the living Word Himself. One for teaching by the Holy Spirit through a preacher and the other The living Word Himself born again by the Incorruptable Seed of the Father unto salvation.

 Re:

Romans 3
1What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?

2Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

3For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?

4God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

5But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man)

6God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?

7For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?

8And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.

9What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

10As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

11There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

12They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

13Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:

14Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:

15Their feet are swift to shed blood:

16Destruction and misery are in their ways:

17And the way of peace have they not known:

18There is no fear of God before their eyes.

19Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

20Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

21But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

22Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

26To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

27Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

28Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

29Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:

30Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

How does faith come? Yes by hearing. Hearing the Gospel. How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of Peace and bring glad tidings of Good things. The WORD of God is empowered through the Holy Spirit. Jesus said My Words are Spirit and they are LIFE. We give no credit to the Work of the Holy Spirit ministry who reveals Jesus Christ. We as the Body of Christ have been given this ministry of reconciliation. Christ our Head and we His hands and feet continue the Work He began. We are Ambassadors for Christ

All have sinned, and no one is given a special gift of faith to believe while others are left out and not given this faith. Jesus came to save sinners and the LAW is the diagnosis of sin. Without holding up the perfect Law (which could never save anyone) but only reveal sin and as it says in Hebrews 10, the blood of Bulls and Goats could never take away sin, or make anyone perfect, but only made a *remembrance* of sin year after year until Christ Came.

ALL have sinned and ALL are on the same footing.

Isaiah 45:4
For Jacob my servant's sake, *and Israel mine elect*, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

Romans 3 is as much to the professing Christian today as was to the Jews of Yesterdy, boasting of their ELECTION, Boasting they were Abraham's seed and had need of nothing, rejecting Jesus Christ. Jesus SAid to them at that day, Abraham rejoiced to see my day, he saw it and was glad. Jesus said before Abraham was *I AM*.

Let's not fall into the same pride and arrogance claiming ourselves to be the ELECT, with some special privledge of having our names picked out of a hat (as someone once said of God's Elect). Israel was ELECT to bring forth Jesus Christ, forst promised in Genesis 3:15, then to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, throught the line of Judah and now to ALL. The Church is Elect to carry the message of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.

How can He receive glory from dead men's bones, that are in hell. That is where all would be except for Christ and the Grace of God. He did it all and that ALL in in Christ. Then we have the will to do what God would want, that is the Love from someone that understands what He has done and wants to return that Love and obedience because He first loved us and Gave Jesus Christ for us. Now my Love is in the realm of God's Love and now I can freely give it back to Him. Before Christ in me that was not possible.

Romans 5:5-8 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Imagine that in my possession was $10,000. I proceeded to spend this on gambling, lewdness, and other manners of sin until I had nothing left of that original sum.

Later I discovered that many of my deeds were against the law and the courts determined to fine me $10,000.

Is it just for the judge to expect something of me that I do not have to give? Yes, because the deficiency is owning to myself.

God is righteous to expect perfect holiness and willingness, though no one can give it, because the extensive corruption of their will is the results of sinfulness that He did not cause.

The book of Romans says plainly that in Adam all sinned... we were born of his spiritual character, curruptions and corruptors in the face of God.

God is just to regenerate whomsoever He wills, just as He did with John the Baptist in the womb. If, however, the Lord suffers any man to live for several years that man will inevitably manifest his corruptions and unwillingness to serve the TRUE God.

Thank God that common grace has been afforded by which we can call the worst sinner to humble himself in reading the word and praying. God often uses this means as the method of sovereign grace.

My point still stands.

If I program my computer to praise me, that is worth nothing, however, if my wife praises me from her own free will without anything from my part accept that I show her who I am, that is infanitly graeter than my computer.

Free will of Man glorifies God more than it would if He did it all!

 Re:

your computer cannot love you. All it can do is say it loves you. You knowing that it is just silicone chips and circuits. God gives us the capacity to love Him back because He loved us first. That is all He ever wanted. Son's that love Him. You cannot give your computer Life, only programming and electricity.

Are we just computers? If so we are God's computers and He can do what He wants with us.
But I don't think so. We are not God.

I choose to thank Him and love Him even though He has to teach me how to do it and give me the ability to do so, by becoming my Birthing Father and putting His Seed in me.

You don't realy believe this, because you say it's not even you doing it. You say that it is Christ it in that is thanking Him and loving Him, because anying of you, yourself is so corrupt and worthless.

Therefore, according to your doctrin, it still is not you with your heart, you are a computer with He, Himself still doing it all; no glory.

 Re:

The love that is in me by the Christ that is in me is the only love that God sees. So if I choose to love God that is only obeying what God intended the Christ in me to be. The One that can love Him the only way He can receive it. That is Christ in you the Hope of Glory. God has only dealt with two people when it comes to His plan of Salvation that is the First Adam and the last Adam. One of Flesh/soul and one of Spirit. So If I choose to love God then all I am doing is obeying the Spirit of Christ that is in me, that gives me the ability and capacity to do it. "It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me."

So your analogy is out of context.

Loving the Father By the Christ in me, which is our spiritual worship and only reasonable service.

Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service. Only acceptable by the Christ that is in me.

And exactly what is our reasonable service?
Paul goes on to say in verse 2.....
Verse 2

And be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, *****so you will know the perfect and acceptable will of God****

There is MORE ...Loving Him is OBEYING Him.

How many can say, "I *KNOW* the will of God"?

If all who claimed to be Christians KNEW the PERFECT will of God, Oh what a day of rejoicing that would be. Not only so, but we would ALL have produced 100% fruit, yet that s not so. There would be no need to have the Judgment seat of Christ, for all works would be Gold, Silver and precious stone, and no such mention of wood hay and stubble to be burned would even be mentioned.

NO we are not robots. Even His Children have free will, free choice. There are Worldly Christians who run with the world. They have made a choice. Oh! they may say, "I LOVE GOD", but do not practice separation, or even know what worldliness is? Or do they try to convince you Christian Rock and Roll is not worldly? OH yes it is! But they have made a CHOICE to listen to others convincing them it's Ok,.... but they have not listened to God. Does it have to do with not having the mind renewed, or knowing the Perfect will of God??? Yes!

To take those who believe they are the Elect, those whom God has already chosen who He wants, and their Churches tell them there is no need to witness, so they say "why bother witnessing"!!! These same people boycott revivals wearing t-shirts that say "NO CHOICE". WOW, now where in God's Word are we to do that? Yet, with that un-renewed mind, they listen to men who have indoctrinated them to not listen to God, or sit and see what GOD has to say on such matters.

Relationship takes years, alone ***with the LORD****.

How many say "I LOVE GOD" and leave their wives and families? More then you know! Love calls for OBEDIENCE to put away our old man and our own personal desires...(yes they are still there) to do LEARN God's perfect and acceptable WILL. We learn this obedience through the things we suffer. The TESTS in life get harder and harder. No one has arrived YET, nor will we, as long as we are in these earthly fleshly bodies. There will always be a war between our two natures. Just when you think you have arrived, WOW, watch out...here comes another test that God Gives to prove we haven't!!!!

PS: Added for content
OBEDIENCE is an act of OUR WILL to do GOD'S WILL. Yielding is an act of the WILL, to yield to God. In this act of yielding to God we choose to walk in the Spirit, and not the fleshly desires.

 Re:

I love the story of Isaac and Rebekah. One must put on the mind of Christ to grasp the fullness of A story so rich in **Free Will**. I will put down the most important verses to show God doesn’t FORCE himself on anyone. We are not *birthed* against our will. We are called , drawn, wooed, to the Bride Groom. In this story it is the servant who was sent before (the servant in this story is a TYPE of the Holy Spirit …..

Genesis 24
1And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things.

2And Abraham said unto his eldest servant of his house, that ruled over all that he had, Put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh:

4But thou shalt go unto my country, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son Isaac.

5And the servant said unto him, Peradventure( What if) the woman will not be willing to follow me unto this land: must I needs bring thy son again unto the land from whence thou camest?

6And Abraham said unto him, Beware thou that thou bring not my son thither again.

40And he said unto me, The LORD, before whom I walk, will send his angel with thee, and prosper thy way; and thou shalt take a wife for my son of my kindred, and of my father's house:

41Then shalt thou be clear from this my oath, when thou comest to my kindred; *********and if they give not thee one, thou shalt be clear from my oath.
*********free will! No forced marriage here!

42And I came this day unto the well, and said, O LORD God of my master Abraham, if now thou do prosper my way which I go:

43Behold, I stand by the well of water; and it shall come to pass, that when the virgin cometh forth to draw water, and I say to her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water of thy pitcher to drink;

44And she say to me, Both drink thou, and I will also draw for thy camels: let the same be the woman whom the LORD hath appointed out for my master's son.

45And before I had done speaking in mine heart, behold, Rebekah came forth with her pitcher on her shoulder; and she went down unto the well, and drew water: and I said unto her, Let me drink, I pray thee.

46And she made haste, and let down her pitcher from her shoulder, and said, Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: so I drank, and she made the camels drink also.

47And I asked her, and said, Whose daughter art thou? And she said, the daughter of Bethuel, Nahor's son, whom Milcah bare unto him: and I put the earring upon her face, and the bracelets upon her hands.

48And I bowed down my head, and worshipped the LORD, and blessed the LORD God of my master Abraham, which had led me in the right way to take my master's brother's daughter unto his son.

49And now if ye will deal kindly and truly with my master, tell me: and if not, tell me; that I may turn to the right hand, or to the left.

50Then Laban and Bethuel answered and said, The thing proceedeth from the LORD: we cannot speak unto thee bad or good.

51Behold, Rebekah is before thee, take her, and go, and let her be thy master's son's wife, as the LORD hath spoken.

52And it came to pass, that, when Abraham's servant heard their words, he worshipped the LORD, bowing himself to the earth.

53And the servant brought forth jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment, and gave them to Rebekah: he gave also to her brother and to her mother precious things.

54And they did eat and drink, he and the men that were with him, and tarried all night; and they rose up in the morning, and he said, Send me away unto my master.

55And her brother and her mother said, Let the damsel abide with us a few days, at the least ten; after that she shall go.

56And he said unto them, Hinder me not, seeing the LORD hath prospered my way; send me away that I may go to my master.

57And they said, We will call the damsel, and enquire at her mouth.

*********58And they called Rebekah, and said unto her, Wilt thou go with this man? And she said, I will go.

59And they sent away Rebekah their sister, and her nurse, and Abraham's servant, and his men.

60And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them.

 Re:

FAITH COMES BY HEARING...AND *WE* ARE TO CARRY THOSE WORDS.

Who has blinded who’s eyes here? Seems to me Satan has blinded their eyes? Correct? So in some scriptures Satan does the blinding and in others, God does the blinding? Correct? But here in these verses, what opens a man’s eyes?

2 Corinthians 4:
3But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

5For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

WHO /WHAT AGAIN OPENS BLIND EYES?

2 Corinthians 3:

12Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:

13And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:

14But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.

15But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.

16Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.

17Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Here is the best one of all…….

Acts 26:17-19
17Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,

18To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

*****19Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

Let us not be disobedient either.

Re: Revelation Chapter 7 Destroys Man-Centered Election

Has anyone had an explaination for these numbers? ...If you don't believe in election of God's feewill. How do you explain these numbers? Some might say, "they're not really even" or "the numbers aren't really there"

Does anyone have any other expositions that cover these numbers. There was alot of replies that did not at all address these numbers in the chapter. What do the mean in light of Election?

Keep searching the scripture's. God will teach His sheep.

God bless you! -Abraham
