| Favorite Preachers on Sermonindex Audio | | Listening to Stephen Kuang of late- being blessed by a great humble brother! Like Zac Poonen too but his replacement theology is an easy out that dilutes God's message. and there are others- what a treasure Thank you Sermonindex! J :-D |

| Re: Favorite Preachers on Sermonindex Audio | | Now it may just be me, I don't post often because it always seems to turn into a slug fest... but you seem to use 'replacement theology' in almost every single post you make. I don't know what your personal problem with it is, or if you even understand what you're talking about -but I think it's unhealthy! Don't miss the forest for the trees. _________________ Ian Smith

| Re: Favorite Preachers On SermonIndex Audio | | Very, very blessed from listening to sermons and book readings here by: AW Tozer Paris Reidhead Erlo Stegen AW Pink Keith Daniel CH Spurgeon Vance Havner Horatius Bonar ...have to stop...the list above is in no particular order...Too many gifted men of God to mention like Paul Washer, etc. Would I be doing an injustice by not mentioning their names here too because of my sheer forgetfulness? :-( ...Ian Paisley, etc, etc... richie Just wanted to make an additional comment/question regarding this thread....That is, almost feel like...involving myself in this thread, am I not really comparing men of God to other men of God? I mean really now...don't really believe there is any competition in heaven...for competition is worldliness!...just pondering it all... richie Can't see there being a top 10 list in heaven... _________________ Richie

| Re: | | Leonard Ravenhill is a favorite of mine....and i thank the creators of this site for introducing me to his ministry.
I have for years now been blessed (and challenged) by David Wilkerson. Skip Heitzeg and Chuck Smith of Calvary chapel are first rate (well balanced) Bible teachers, in my opinion, as well. |

Don't miss ...snip lol Well Ian , talk about slug fest. How are your personal problems? Like presumption and negative innuendo? Are they healthy? Are they on the altar? Casual Christians lose out and devour one another if they do not replace their view with God's view. I am blessed here but as the Bereans, we are admonished by God to compare scriptures and discerne them properly as there is much error in man's view of God's business. There are many cults around here with unfortunate people caught in them because they do not search out the Word. So we should study to be approved and not be ahamed of our gifts though they may challange comfort zones. Check out Voolward's Bible handbook on Prophecy if you want to see if I know what I understand. God Bless! jj ps to the topic So I have been blessed by Art Katz but he like many great teachers [ in his tape from the 70-80's ] did not see the Palestinian lie and the right of Israel to all her land according to what the Lord showed Moses and Abraham. I pray the Lord restores his health at this time. Thanks for all the replys and I will check out other preachers mentioned! God bless you in the 'New Year' with His leading . |

| Re: | | I love to listen to Paul Washer. It is the nearest i have come to hearing the Holy Spirit through a man.
I thank God for him. All glory to the God of Paul Washer without whom he and I would be nothing! _________________ George Platt
