| | Charge That to My Account by Harry A. Ironside
Topic: Gospel Scripture(s): Philemon 1:8-18 | | Description: "Paul might have said, . . . 'Onesimus, I'm going to become your surety. I'll undertake to settle your debt. And I'm going to write a letter to Philemon and I want you to take it to him. Don't plead anything for yourself, just hand him the letter in which he will learn that I'm willing to settle everything in a righteous way.'... "When the Lord Jesus Christ became my surety . . . he went to Calvary's cross, and all my guilt was charged against Him. He settled for everything, and then He cried, 'It is finished.' And on the basis of that finished work, God can freely forgive, and justify completely, every poor sinner who trusts in the Lord Jesus Christ."

| | Studies In Isaiah - Part 1 by Harry A. Ironside
Topic: Expository Scripture(s): Isaiah 35-46 | | Description: Mr. Ironside presents sound expository teaching from Isaiah 36 - 39, highlighting Hezekiah's prayers, Isaiah's intercession, and God's fulfilling of His word to preserve the royal line of the Messiah. He soberly warned Christians not to be blind to the true nature of the enemy by flattery and gifts as opposed to threats which cause dependence upon God. In Isaiah 40 Ironside answers the critics about Isaiah's authorship and presents a bird's eye view of the remainder of this book.

| | Studies In Isaiah - Part 2 by Harry A. Ironside
Topic: Expository Scripture(s): Isaiah 40-46 | | Description: Ironside continues from Part 1, commenting upon selected verses. Due to his failing eyesight, his wife reads the Scripture. He warned against teaching that didn't have "much teeth"--powerless and colorless preaching where "the unsaved just enjoy it." Ironside spoke of the glory days of the Salvation Army 60 years prior, when a thousand of them would march through the streets of San Francisco, and being delivered from legality.
