| | When the Blessing of God Sends Fear Into the Earth by Carter Conlon
Topic: Peace Scripture(s): Psalms 67:1-7, 1 Kings 8 | | Description: June 25, 2006 There is a deep abiding inner peace that only comes from Jesus. This peace is deep within those who know and understan Christ and trust that God has everything under control. When God's word is intwined in our heart and mind we will be led down a pathway of peace. This peace is the mark of the work of God. However, when we begin to leave the single pursuit of gloriying God and begin to find pleasure in this world your heart will turn from truth. You wil find yourself being led away form the will of God , led away by a lust to satisfy self, and you will lose the desire to be a servant.

| | When The Enemy Comes In Like a Flood by Carter Conlon
Topic: Apostasy Scripture(s): Isaiah 59:16-21,Isaiah 24:10-11,Malachi 3:13-18 | | Description: This world is being flooded with sin and abomination by a devil intent on destroying and carrying away everyone he can, especially those who have a love for Jesus Christ in their heart and have his Spirit inside them. These are they who are crying out to God, who still hunger and thirst after righteousness, inspite of the apostasy in the mainstream church, and a sin-sick world, there are those who still hunger for God. This is a sobering message reflective of today's society, but ends in a joyous certainty of the victory and provision of our Lord for his people.

| | When the Glory of God Passes By by Carter Conlon
Topic: Glory Of God Scripture(s): Luke 4:17-30 | | Description: The most tragic of all things is to be unaware that the Glory Of God is passing us by. When the pursuit of the people of God does not differ from the pursuits of a perishing society around us God will withdraw His presence from us. When we are motivated by the desire to be glorified of men, and our focus is on titles, positions and prominence, we will create a man-made glory. Jesus speaks to these ministries and calls them an abomination and says that they will fall under a curse. There is a day coming when the true church of Jesus Christ will stand up against these false prophets. God will rise up and deliver His people. God will reveal Himself to those who are grieved at what is being done to the name of Jesus and grieved at the way society is living without God. These Christians are not spiritual giants, they simply love Jesus and have a passionate desire for Him to be glorified in these last days.

| | When the Serpent Bites Your Hand, Victory is at the Door by Carter Conlon
Topic: Victory Scripture(s): Acts 28:1-3 | | Description: March 4, 2007 - Satan is terrified of the man or woman who has determined in his or her heart to fulfill the call that God has placed on their lives no matter what the cost. One of the final traps of Satan on these Christians is to bite our hands and infuse us with his poisonous logic. It's always been Satan's desire to either have man withdraw his hand from being extended on God's behalf, or to distort the image of God's hand as He is revealed through man's hand. For those of us whose hands have been bitten by the very people God has sent us to help, God is saying DONT GIVE UP. God is calling us to a militant forgiveness so that God's hands will be extended through our hands to reach a fallen world. The weakness in our hands will be strengthened by the resurrected Hands of Jesus Christ.

| | When the Temple Declares the Glory of God by Carter Conlon
Topic: Creation Scripture(s): Psalm 29:1-11 | | Description: February 17, 2008 - It's time to declare the Glory of God. What must I do to give glory to God? It is simply this, when God speaks we dont resist Him. Humans are the only thing that God created that has the ability to resist God. God is always speaking! His voice is above everything on earth. Nothing can drown out the voice of God. When God speaks He creates a pathway into His life. When we receive His Word by faith miracles happen and our lives begin to declare His glory.

| | When the Unseen Becomes Visible by Carter Conlon
Topic: Faith Scripture(s): Luke 2:7-14 | | Description: December 20, 2009 - This message is for those who know the right thing to do but find that you are powerless to do so. Its for: dishonest people who want to trust God but dont know how, selfish people that want to be generous, wounded hearts that want to let go and forgive, and the verbally abusive who have a desire to speak with kind words. How do we get free from this? How do we experience peace on earth and goodwill towards man? The answer is the gift of Jesus. God in the flesh burst forth into the visible because humanity had no way out! This is the message of Christmas. He came with a display of compassion for our weaknesses and nailed them to a Tree. The good news is that Jesus forgives our sin and enables us to live a life that is pleasing to Him and those around us.

| | When Unforgiveness Begs for Mercy by Carter Conlon
Topic: Unforgiveness Scripture(s): 1 Kings 2:28-34 | | Description: January 28, 2007 - The human heart has the ability to take something evil and refashion it in our thinking and call it good. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and this wisdom is understanding that God means what God says. We can not alter His standard. The Bible clearly says if we forgive each other He will forgive us, but if we will not forgive others neither will He forgive us. Many of us will never grow in Grace because we are not willing to forgive those who have wounded us. Forgiveness is not an option it is a commandment from God. Jesus Christ has provided everything we need to forgive.

| | Who Are the Meek and What Do They Inherit by Carter Conlon
Topic: Meekness Scripture(s): Matthew 11:28-30 | | Description: Very good message defining the importance of "meekness." "Meekness is not weakness." This is a must hear sermon by Carter Conlon on meekness. The heart of the message is about the need for each of us to walk in meekness in order to lead others to Jesus. The meek man Moses could not lead the children into the promised land, because of one instance of anger. There is a warning to us in this example. We can miss the opportunity to lead family, friends, and others to the Lord by one instance of walking out of the character of Christ. Carter used Mathew 11:28 when Jesus said, I am meek and lowly of heart. Carter also used Mathew 5 Jesus said, blessed are the meek but the main text he used was the story of Moses hitting the rock in anger and the inability of Moses to then lead others into the promised land.
