Love Will Soon Cast Out All Fear by Carter Conlon

Topic: Fear
Scripture(s): 1 John 4:16-19
Description: January 9, 2011 - We live in a time that makes it so easy to be fearful. Day after day we are inundated with statistics that bring fear to our heart. In these last days God will do such a profound work in our hearts that fear will lose its power. You might ask the question how will God keep us from giving into the power of fear? We must understand His love brings incredible hope and power into our hearts. God will bring us to the full understanding that He loves us with a perfect love. His love for the genuine believer will give us an incredible security about the future. God's love covers and empowers us to join Him in His redemptive purposes. By faith, receive the incredible love of God and allow His love to flow through you to those around you.

 Loving Jesus by Carter Conlon

Topic: Loving Jesus
Scripture(s): John 21:15-19
Description: March 28,2004 - Do you love Jesus enough to go all the way? Are you willing to deny self and abandon your own ambitions to follow Him where He leads? Loving Jesus is totally abandoning ourselves for His purpose and plan so that, through our lives, He can reach to a lost and dying world.

Loving The Appearing of Christ by Carter Conlon

Topic: Second Coming Of Christ
Scripture(s): 2 Timothy 4:1-8
Description: Although Jesus is coming back again, when you open the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit quickens the Word and brings it to life, he is appearing to you, to teach you, challenge your heart and expose anything unlike Christ. Your joy and your peace are in ever knowing and receiving him, learning of him, even if the flesh doesn't like it. You are loving the appearing of Christ. He appears to you in his Word, through his Word, and as you behold him, you will become more like him. But the time is here when many do not and will not love the truth.

Loving Your Neighbor as Yourself by Carter Conlon

Topic: Loving Others
Scripture(s): Matthew 22:36-39
Description: May 28, 2006 – We are called to love the Lord with all of our heart, mind soul and strength and the out flow of that will be expressed in our love for others. The question is what if we don't like ourselves? How do we love people if we don't like ourselves. The ultimate goal of satan is to get us to loathe ourselves, knowing full well that if we hate ourselves we will never be able to love one another. What God inteneded for us is to kow who we are in Him and how much we are loved by Him so we can reach out to a fallen society with the same love that He showers upon us.

Marvelous Kindness In A Strong City by Carter Conlon

Topic: Kindness
Scripture(s): Psalm 31:21-24, Psalm 31:9-13, 1 Corinthians 10:13
Description: November 7, 2010 - Are you in a tight or distressful place? A place where you feel hemmed in? In this time of trial the devil will come at you with the lie that your life has no purpose. Don’t give in to the voice of the enemy, because you have the power of God in you, and you don’t have to believe those lies. Jesus Christ went through everything you are going through and His voice is the only voice that counts. God will never allow your enemies to triumph over you. Sometimes it is as simple as hearing a Word from God. There is a point when God quiets every voice and calls you to be silent before Him so He can calm the storm. When God speaks you will have peace in your inner man. You will hear Him say, “Peace be still!” Keep silent before Him and let Him renew your strength.

 Mercy by Carter Conlon

Topic: Mercy
Description: God is a God of mercy, far beyond your mercy, far beyond mine. There is an incredible depth, an immeasurable depth to the provision that He has made for our failure, our day to day failure, our struggles and our trials. Jesus did not come because He felt some legal obligation to redeem us. He came because He is a God of mercy, a God of compassion! Mercy will fill our churches, mercy will touch our pastors again in New York City, mercy will cause the churches in Christ in this city to start feeding the hungry again, mercy will bring the presence of God into our prayer meetings.

Money, Mules and Travel by Carter Conlon

Topic: Voice Of God
Scripture(s): Psalm 60:1-5, John 8:47, Amos 8:11-14
Description: November 23, 2008 - In these last days we have to know the voice of God and the cry of God. Jesus longs to reveal Himself to His church and with that revelation will come the knowledge of His burden for the lost. If we desire to hear God's voice we have to hear the whole package, the provision of God and the cry of God for the helplessness of humanity. We must offer all that we are so that God's heart would be satisfied in the earth. If you are willing to be given for others you will know and hear the voice of Jesus. The question is, "will you give your all for the glory of God"?
