He preaches from 2 Chron. 7:14 which he says is the greatest verse in the Bible on revival. His points are that's iIt's not an evangelistic campaign, it's a manifestation of God power. He also says it's the result of a price paid when we: get right with God, travail in prayer, preach the word and work in the annointing of the Holy Spirit. He emphasizes restitution in all things. He also feels we need a great burden for souls.
