Don McClure speaks of Acts 1 and the early church, of the following three things characterisctic of that church: they believed something powerfully, they loved someone passionately and they lived expectantly. He contrasts that church with the plurastic society of today and emphasizes that we have to expect to be different and possibly be offensive. He also speaks of John Rodgers, an ancestor of his, who was a leader of the Reformation and one of England's first martyrs. Inspiring sermon.
