Count Zinzendorf (1700 - 1760)
Read freely text sermons and articles by the speaker Count Zinzendorf in text and pdf format. Was wonderfully used of the Lord to see a recovery of the Bohemian Brethren movement who were almost totally destroyed because of violent persecution. Under his leadership he encouraged great spiritual unity amongst believers and also showed the true Headship of Jesus Christ over His Church. In 1727 the Holy Spirit fell in their small Christian community and the started to send our workers into His harvest field. There was also a 100 year prayer meeting that started in that time praying for all the missionaries sent out.
You can hear the impassioned words of faith in this wonderful follower of the Lord in his writings: “These wounds were meant to purchase me. These drops of blood were shed to obtain me. I am not my own today. I belong to another. I have been bought with a price. And I will live every moment of this day so that the Great Purchaser of my soul will receive the full reward of His suffering.”

Hallow each thought; ... read more
