 Are we praying for ALL men?

1 Tim. 2:1-6 (YLT) –
I exhort, then, first of all, there be made supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings, for all men:
2 for kings, and all who are in authority, that a quiet and peaceable life we may lead in all piety and gravity,
3 for this [is] right and acceptable before God our Saviour,
4 ((((( who doth will all men to be saved, and to come to the full knowledge of the truth )))));
5 for one [is] God, one also [is] mediator of God and of men, the man Christ Jesus,
6 ((((( who did give himself a ransom for all ))))) ……

Isa. 45:21-24 –
Who has announced this from of old?
Who has long since declared it?
Is it not I, the LORD?
And there is no other God besides Me,
A righteous God and a Savior;
There is none except Me.
Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth;
For I am God, and there is no other.
I have sworn by Myself,
The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness
And will not turn back,
That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.
They will say of Me, 'Only in the LORD are righteousness and strength.'
Men will come to Him,
And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.

1 John 2:2 –
and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.

Isa. 53:6 –
((((( All of us ))))) like sheep have gone astray,
Each of us has turned to his own way;
But the LORD has caused the iniquity of ((((( us all )))))
To fall on Him.

1 John 4:14 –
We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.

2 Pet. 3:9 –
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, ((((( not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance ))))).

Isa. 55:1 –
Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters;
And you who have no money come, buy and eat.
Come, buy wine and milk Without money and without cost.

James 5:16-18 (AMP) –

The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].

Elijah was a human being with a nature such as we have [with feelings, affections, and a constitution like ours]; and he prayed earnestly for it not to rain, and no rain fell on the earth for three years and six months.

And [then] he prayed again and the heavens supplied rain and the land produced its crops [as usual].

 Re: Are we praying for ALL men?

A compelling collection. Amen! No shortage of purposeful prayer needs now is there?

 Re: The Love of God

1 John 4:8-10 –
The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

1 John 4:19 –
We love, because He first loved us.

I like this new song by Casting Crowns:

Love Moved First

2 Cor. 4:4 –
………the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

1 John 3:8 –
The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.

1 John 4:14 –
We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.

1 Cor. 15:22 –
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
