Do we know the Bible well enough to do with Jesus second coming

With Christmas coming up , I can mention all the Bible passages such as Is 53, Psalm 22 and so many thousands of others.

Yet People are unfamiliar with the passages to do with his second coming

Zechariah 12:3
On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And all the nations of the earth will gather against it.

Extremely relevant and Zechariah has alot of relevant passages due for today!

Isaiah 17:1
[ An Oracle Concerning Damascus ] An oracle concerning Damascus. Behold, Damascus will cease to be a city and will become a heap of ruins.

That has not happened yet!

Mark 12:24
Jesus said to them, “Is this not the reason you are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God?

I wish I knew both well!

Mark 13:14
[ The Abomination of Desolation ] “But when you see the abomination of desolation standing where he ought not to be (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

This is relevant with them having the plans to the third temple

2 Thessalonians 2:4
who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.

Are we going to be ignorant regarding the scriptures regarding his second coming, so when he does come !

Luke 18:8
I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”

Daniel 12

Daniel 12King James Version (KJV)

12 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?

7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?

9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

13 But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.

What is also understanding aswell as the scriptures were peformed in ways in his first coming that the average person missed because he was not looking out for them. We do not have wise men following the star

Numbers 24:17

King James Version
I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.

With this passage interpreted to be the star that the wise men followed! that led then to the messiah?

Do we know enough passages in scripture for our time!

People celebrate the birth of "baby Jesus" annually, but they are unaware that He is coming back again, not as a weak baby this time but a Triumphant King to judge humanity...
