 Theology Haikus

I'd like try something crazy and start a thread of theology haikus. It may not go anywhere but I hope it does because something about a haiku is pithy and can be pretty deep if some thought is given.

A haiku is a three-lined non-rhyming poem with a strict structure: the first line has 5 syllables, the second has 7 and the third has 5, commonly written as 5-7-5.

There are some very smart folks on here so I would expect some very insightful or deep haikus. They are not hard to write if you can count, but making them clever or deep is the challenge. So put on your creative hat and try some.

Here are a couple of examples:

Defeating darkness (5)
An easy proposition (7)
Just walk in the light (5)

"What is truth?" he asked
Could it have entered his mind
That He stood right there?

A blind beggar who received
A merciful gift

 Re:

Nice one!

"Go sell all you own"
How could He ask such a thing?
Best not think of it
