I had the thought that may be obvious that we should seek first not revival but rather the Kingdom of God.We should seek for the power of God to be displayed but also for all creatures and creation to submit themselves in obedience to God's Rulership in God's Kingdom.Whether God "revives" an old work that He has done or "initiates" a new work never done before, it seems that we should seek and celebrate all types of increase in the Kingdom of God.Indeed, may every thought of every person become obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).This is the prophecy concerning Jesus Christ that was given shortly before he as born: "He has used the power of his arm, he has routed the arrogant of heart. He has pulled down princes from their thrones and raised high the lowly." - Luke 1:51–52. This work is still ongoing.Indeed, may God's Kingdom come and may His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Indeed, may the wickedness of the wicked come to an end. (Psalm 7:9)
