"Pilgrim and Sojourner." - 1 Peter 2:11

 Doris Loh

A member of SI sent me this message so it will clear up about this german sister in the Lord. Sandra did find an unwholesome video so I would recommend english speaking peoples to not search for that name in the video section of youtube, etc.

Hi Gordon

i would like to add a few things to the locked thread about Doris Loh

German is my first language. But i have never heard of Doris Loh before.
But I found that song "Wer bin ich?" and listened to it.

This is a very beautiful song and she is very humbled!
Here is a translation of the first few words only:
Jesus God's Son left the Fathers heaven, became man for poor sinners also for me.

She sings the Gospel in a most beautiful way, it nearly brings tear to my eyes.

I would say what she sings can be compared with " Amazing love! "

Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God, should die for me?
He left His Father's throne above; so free, so infinite His grace!
Emptied Himself of all but love, and bled for Adam's helpless race!
'Tis mercy all, immense and free,
for, O my God, it found out me.

This is what went through my mind when i listened to her song.

Had a quick email discussion with Sandra, don't know what she found on the net, there must be some horrible stuff out ther that comes up when
you are not careful.

I'm sure Ryszard wanted the pure Gospel Song and he asks for German member who can help him.
So may be some member were a bit too quick to respond and are not qualified in German.
As a result we have a confusion and a beautifully sung Gospel message is locked.

I double checked and googled "Doris Loh."

Seems to be a very godly women who wants to glorify the Lord - and she should be heard to the glory of God.

 Re: Doris Loh

I hope Loh is what I thought when I looked up some things on German sites and used Google translate. Seemed to me she was a soprano who sang gospel music. I did not see anything on her that was iffy but I didn't spend more than 10 minutes or so looking for some info to help the sister in the OP.
