 Growing anti-semitism

There's hardly any way to categorize anti-semitism in some of its more classic forms except to say it is a phenomenon that defies natural explanation. It is so irrational, illogical and is a reaction that goes way off the charts in regards to the supposed wrongs which it is said to be against in a certain race of people. It is my opinion that one can ascertain with a certain degree of certainty that it has spiritual origins and is connected to the dark principalities and powers that rule this present world system. And it's rearing its ugly head once again in more places than one.

Paris was recently plastered with anti Jewish and anti-semitic graffiti painted on many buildings which warned Jews their future was dark. The Islamic regimes in the Middle East have increased the beating of their war drums against the modern state of Israel and against Jewry in general. Anti-semitism is appearing in Latin America of all places and recently in Germany a very virulent set of demonstrations were held with strong anti-semitic rantings and it was young Germans seemingly ignoring their country's past that were doing much of the ranting. Time and time again ant-semitism has risen its head to blame the Jews for everything under the sun. And here we are again. It's my opinion that it is going to increase and is a prophetic sign pointing to large events coming and my question is how to best go about warning Jewish people of what is now growing and will continue to grow. I don't think these events are something to be taken lighly and dismissed along the lines of well we've seen it before and this willl pass also. With the utmost respect to the Jewish people, how should those who believe in Jesus the Messiah go about bringing to the attention of the Jewish people that this present round of anti-semitism is going to grow and should not be taken lightly.

In fear and trembling.

 Re: Growing anti-semitism

Following WW2, in an effort to rebuild France brought in thousands of Muslims from North Africa and other regions to provide the cheap labor they thought they needed. Not big on birth control, this population has grown but the work ethic was quashed by the liqueur of socialist welfare.

Right now the wealthy French are fleeing the country and the system is pretty much in collapse. Much of the problem, some claim, is the fact that so many Jewish professionals were eliminated during the Nazi holocaust. The vacuum was filled with uneducated and religiously intolerant Muslims.

And somehow through the fog, it's still fashionable to blame the Jews!

What amazes me is the way Jews in America overwhelmingly vote liberal, against their own interests?

We live in a strange world.

///how should those who believe in Jesus the Messiah go about bringing to the attention of the Jewish people that this present round of anti-semitism is going to grow and should not be taken lightly.///

They need to be saved.

They need to understand that there ancestors said this : "Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children."

Here is what Stephen had to say : "Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.
Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:"

Paul says of there unsaved system : "Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:
16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost."

We must agree that Scripture is also clear that we as Christians are not to be anti-semitic :

Paul says "Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee."

"...that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy."

But lets becareful that we do not confuse mercy with a blind acceptance of an anti Jesus system.

Brother HezWelling,

after reading your response, I feel weak all over,
I did not relieze that what I posted would be taken so offensively as I look back at what I wrote and in light of history I can see the offence of how it is written,

I have been bothered and a bit confused by somethings that have been going around in my fellowship and others that I know, whom seem to almost accept unsaved jewish people as though they are saved.

I detest anti-semitism

The greatest Men and Man in history was Jewish.

 Re:

I am so confused right now...I felt my heart drop as well after reading the harsh replies on this and the other post which I think were completely uncalled for...I think we would do well to remember to check our hearts before we allow unbridled passion to cause unnecessary harm and division to the Body.

 Re: tbsound

well, when you're an 8 year old being raised up in synagogue school, and watch documentaries, about the horrors of the holocaust, then later in life, apprehend Messiah, and THEN be told by an "elder" since you've accepted Jesus, "you're no longer a Jew"....makes you kind of wary.
