I am currently collecting as many bibles that I can for reading, I currently have the NIV,NLT,NKJV,AMP,NASB, New Recovery New Testament and plan on getting ole reliable KJV just haven't gotten around to it. I was wondering if there was any other bible you all thought would be a good addition to my collect?God Bless,Matthew

The ESV is my favorite modern translation, and is probably the best modern literal translation for those used to the King James. The HCSB looks interesting and is the first entirely original medium-literal translation to come out in a long time.

I was looking at the Holman but didn't know much about it. I has also heard some good things about the Darby and ESV thanks for the input.
