I teach an adult SS class made up of college age kids through older adults, my desire is to put a strong emphasis on biblical literacy- with that in mind, I'm trying to think about the next topic, and I'd like to do a basic study on hermenutics, perferably the grammatical-historical method. Any good ones out there?
At my school we're using Basic Bible Interpretation by Roy Zuck. Another one would be Living by the Book by Howard Hendricks. Living by the book is perfect to introduce new students to hermeneutics. Very readable geared for laypeople. It focuses on observation, interpretation, and application process of hermeneutics
Awesome, thanks a bunch.
