Does anyone know of any software that I can use to splice the MP3 sermons? When the file is downloaded and put on a disk, it comes in as one track. I'd like to be able to split the file into (roughly) 5 minute segments.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

hello matthewI know of a place you could go.One is musicmatch.com they have a free program doanload. you can make tracks only when you put the whole sermon on CD and after you do that you can rip tracks from the CD. by going to the rip CD button. then select options and there you have it. you can select how long each track is.

Hi Matthew,Here is another and the one I am using:http://www.nero.com/us/631898252770313.htmlThe Ultra Edition is fully functional and also has a mix for doing compilations and the like. But even just to do splitting is relativly easy in the main program. They have a 30 day trial

I use Adobe Audition 1.5 and it will let you do about anything you need to do with sound files, include things like you see with the compilations heard on this site. If you have the educational benefits buying software (are a studend of any kind) then go to http://www.creationengine.com/default.html and get best prices.
