Re:

Dear sister,

This is a hymn which spans the breadth of creation, and notes our 'feeble frame' and 'frail'ty. May you be blessed as you enter into worship, despite your circumstances. Perhaps even a deeper kind of worship, because of your circumstances?

Praise, my soul, the King of Heaven;
To His feet thy tribute bring.
Ransomed, healed, restored, forgiven,
Evermore His praises sing:
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Praise the everlasting King.

Praise Him for His grace and favor
To our fathers in distress.
Praise Him still the same as ever,
Slow to chide, and swift to bless.
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Glorious in His faithfulness.

Fatherlike He tends and spares us;
Well our feeble frame He knows.
In His hands He gently bears us,
Rescues us from all our foes.
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Widely yet His mercy flows.

Frail as summer’s flower we flourish,
Blows the wind and it is gone;
But while mortals rise and perish
Our God lives unchanging on,
Praise Him, Praise Him, Hallelujah
Praise the High Eternal One!

Angels, help us to adore Him;
Ye behold Him face to face;
Sun and moon, bow down before Him,
Dwellers all in time and space.
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Praise with us the God of grace.

 Re: Feeling overwhelmed

love you maryjane!

i will pray,ok? let us wait upon the Lord. i struggle with doing a lot too. oh, the snake's taunt of the modern woman! (or maybe we've been this way all along...) love you very much. i'm glad you are sharing, and the others! we can all come alongside each other and love. a tactic i use when my little niece is frustrated trying to put something together or arrange her toys, etc., is to tell her, "nella, let's take a break from this and let's love, and then we'll come back to it when we feel better." then i pick her up and hold her and i sing a quiet calming song to her, or sometimes i just say "love, love, love" over and over again slowly and kind of float her like a little leaf. i believe God wants to do this for us. so i hope you will take a break from it all, and just go to Him and just love. just love. you can go back to the other stuff later. :)
